const response = await fetch(url);
if (!response.ok) {
  const failure = await response.json();
  throw new Error(`${failure.error.code}: ${failure.error.message} ${failure.suggestion}`);
}
const result = await response.json();
const data = result.data;

Eksfin currently uses several systems and applications for the establishment, administration and follow-up of loans and guarantees, as well as reporting at transaction and portfolio level. Commission Recommendation of 6 February 2024 on the regulatory promotion of Gigabit Connectivity, provides guidelines for the conceptual choices to be made. Technologies within scope of this assignment are FTTH technologies. This will at least include both P2P (‘point-to-point’) and PON (‘passive optical network’). The Cost model must have the capability to calculate costs for different types of operators with different scale and scope. The model will provide for cost modelling with Point of Handover at different network levels. It will also be able to provide for cost modelling of physical access (“fibre LLUB”), VULA, bitstream as well as access to pipes or subpipes. The model should also be capable of calculating separate costs for different types of geographic areas within an operator’s coverage.

    Improvement and updates of the analytical tools for Norad´s Clean Energy Portfolio
    description:
    The study will conduct a literature review and knowledge compilation of available research, evaluations, and reviews to refine the analytical knowledge base for Norad’s energy portfolio management. The Clean Energy portfolio aims to achieve increased access to affordable, clean energy and strengthened public management, to ensure economic and social development. Clean energy is supported through Norad, Norfund and the Embassies. Norad and the Embassies provide grant support. Norfund is funded over the state budget and provides risk-willing capital for business development in the form of equity, loans and guarantees. Total annual budget allocations for clean energy have fluctuated between 0.5 and 2.0 BNOK per year. Norad has recently (since 2022-23) adopted a more comprehensive portfolio management approach to clean energy interventions. The approach intends to achieve more efficient use of development cooperation funding and better coordination (synergies) of interventions supported through different channels. This is achieved through scorecard benchmarking of programmes and projects, aggregated reporting of results, as well as active coordination with the energy activities of Norfund and the Embassies. The portfolio management will be supported by long term investment planning and analytical tools such as Theory of Change (ToC), Knowledge Plans, and Result Management Plans at portfolio level. The analytical tools and knowledge base is currently under development, and will be subject to constant revision and refinement, factoring in also broader contextual changes.

    The purpose of this procurement is to establish a contract with a supplier of plagiarism detection system. Most Norwegian universities and university colleges are currently using a plagiarism detection system procured by Sikt. The most important functionality of such a system is to recognize text similarity in order to expose plagiarism. It is important that the solution is continuously developed to account for new methods of cheating, for example using AI-generated texts. We also need the system to provide warnings if submissions raise suspicion in other ways: If there are characteristics in the submission that suggest an attempt to avoid plagiarism detection, such as unreadable text, use of mixed alphabets, unusually long words or similar. The solution must support various file types and formats. It must be easy to upload texts for both checks and as source materials. It should be possible to add databases as source materials, and the access to this source material must be restricted. It should be possible to specify whether other clients should have full, partial, or no access to shared source materials. The system must be user-friendly and intuitive. It should be easy to integrate with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and solutions for digital examinations, but it also needs to work as a stand-alone solution. Having good access control solutions for the end users of the system is important. Also, the system owner must have access to user administration and insight into the use of the system at the institution level. Investigating sustainable sports surface systems in the Nordic countries
    description:
    The Nordic plastic program under the Nordic Council of Ministers for the Environment and Climate is administered by the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment. The Program is launching a call for tenders for a project investigating sustainable sport surface systems. Rubber granules used as infill material on artificial turf fields is a significant source of microplastic pollution, spreading easily from synthetic sport pitches to surrounding areas leading to microplastics ending up in soil, waterways, and eventually in the ocean. The European Union has now adopted regulation that will ban the sale of sport pitch infill containing plastics from 2031. Sport clubs and synthetic sport pitch owners must now adjust to the new regulation. There is however concern that alternative infill or pitch systems are lacking in terms of performance characteristics, shows poor performance in Nordic climate and is more costly than rubber infill. A previous study funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers for the Environment and Climate found the following knowledge gaps: Pitch owners and sport clubs are uncertain about the level of performance and functionality of sustainable alternatives to synthetic sport pitches containing rubber granules in different Nordic conditions. Pitch owners and sport clubs lack knowledge on how to evaluate the environmental impact of the alternative sustainable synthetic sport pitches. Pitch owners and sport clubs lack knowledge on how they can evaluate the investment and lifetime costs of different synthetic sport pitches. The background and project activities foreseen to be executed under this project are further described in appendix 1 to the Contract.

    The University of Oslo, in collaboration with Oslo University Hospital, seeks to establish advanced Explore-HT proteomics assays from Olink Proteomics AB at Ullevål Hospital. This acquisition is essential to ensure that the assays are conducted with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency. In order to achieve this, four specific instruments, as recommended by Olink Proteomics, are required. These instruments have been rigorously validated to meet Olink’s protocols and are critical for the success of this project. Suppliers are requested to log in to TendSign to access all relevant documents for this case, which provide comprehensive justification. Alternatively, they may contact case handler at [email protected] for more information.

The solutions are offered in close cooperation with banks and other financial institutions, and the transactions may involve several parties with different roles and different allocations of loan amounts, guarantee coverage and credit risk. Eksfin currently uses several systems and applications for the establishment, administration and follow-up of loans and guarantees, as well as reporting at transaction and portfolio level. There is a need to modernise the current core system and establish a forward-looking and efficient solution for the administration and handling of loans and guarantees. The primary scope of the procurement is a system for handling loans and guarantees, including a portal for interaction with banks, processing of credit cases, establishment of transaction structures, and ongoing administration and follow-up throughout the lifecycle of a transaction.

The cost model will comply with the legal framework, including the relevant EC recommendation(s) and the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC).

The analytical tools and knowledge base is currently under development, and will be subject to constant revision and refinement, factoring in also broader contextual changes.

    description:

    Invitasjon til leverandørkoferanse: Systemer innenfor produksjonsplanlegging og togdrift
    description:

How an AI agent should use this page

Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.

How to use the search_doffin lookup

  1. Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
  2. Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
  3. Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.

Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.

Source-specific next step

Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
