Digital Exam system

Description

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a contract with a supplier of a Digital Exam System. Most Norwegian universities and university colleges are currently using a digital exam system procured by Sikt. We are looking for a modern, secure, flexible, and intuitive exam solution that is perceived to have good support for central assessment activities for all students and staff across institutions and educations. The system must be user-friendly and intuitive. It should be easy to integrate with solutions for plagiarism control, but it also needs to work as a stand-alone solution. Having good access control solutions for the end users of the system is important. Also, the system owner must have access to user administration and insight into the use of the system at an institutional level.
