Formålet med konkurransen er å inngå en rammeavtale for vedlikehold av fire (4) LM2500 gassturbiner produsert på lisens fra General Electric av Navantia S.A., til bruk på de norske fregattene i F310 Fridtjof Nansen-klassen.Som en del av rammeavtalen skal leverandøren være i stand til å levere originale reservedeler til LM2500 gassturbinen for levering til oppdragsgivers eget lager.Leverandøren må inneha lisens fra General Electric til å utføre følgende tjenester:- Teknisk støtte - Feltservice og materiell - Reparasjon av komponenter - Opplæring i arbeidssituasjon (on-the-job training) - Testcellekapasitet - Depotvedlikehold (nivå 4)Fullstendig omfang av leveransen vil bli beskrevet i konkurransedokumentene.Konkurransegrunnlaget vil bli oppdatert med nærmere beskrivelse av omfanget i løpet av prekvalifiseringsfasen på 30 dager, da dette ikke er ferdigstilt per tirsdag 26. mai 2026.ENGLISH:The objective of the tender is to establish a framework agreement for the maintenance of the four (4) LM 2500 Gas Turbines manufactured on licence from General Electric by Navantia S.A., for the Norwegian F310-Fridtjof Nansen Class Frigates.As part of the framework agreement, the supplier shall be capable of providing original spare parts for the LM2500 gas turbine for delivery to the customer’s own inventory.The contractor must hold a license from General Electric to perform the following services:Technical supportField services and materialsComponent repairsOn the job trainingTest cell capabilityDepot level maintenance (level 4)The full Scope of Work will be described in the tender documents.---The Invitation to tender will be updated with scope during the 30 day prequalification phase, as they are not completed as of today Tuesday 26.May.2026
