Declaration of intent - development of a flight test/demonstration program of zero- and low-emission aircraft
    description:
Avinor AS and Civil Aviation Authority Norway (CAA Norway) intend to enter into a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Bristow Norway and Beta Technologies for the development of a flight test/demonstration program of zero- and low-emission aircraft. The purpose of the agreement is to develop solutions and knowledge related to future aircraft and requirements for airport operations/infrastructure, as well as conducting safe and efficient trials of new technology for regulatory learning and development within all relevant areas of aviation. Flights utilizing a battery-electric aircraft are estimated to take place after summer of 2025. Avinor’s objective is to facilitate and support testing and demonstration of zero- and low-emission aircraft, airspace and operational development to gain more knowledge about new technologies, facilitation needs and explore their practical applications. CAA Norway's main objective is to contribute to safe, societally beneficial, and sustainable aviation. As an aviation authority, CAA Norway, in collaboration with EASA, will contribute to regulatory facilitation and learning. The purpose is to enable safe testing and phasing in of new technologies in an ecosystem. It will also enable the regulators to identify the need for regulatory changes and to ensure that approval and certification processes are well prepared and can be carried out efficiently. The agreement is intended to accelerate the transition towards zero- and low-emission aviation and is part of the Avinor and CAA Norway collaboration to establish Norway as an international test arena for zero- and low-emission aircraft. Data and knowledge sharing is a key element of the agreement, and the activities will contribute to knowledge for the entire aviation ecosystem. The joint results of the research/development under the agreement will not be exclusive to the contracting parties, and in addition the financial burden is split between the parties. If a subsequent development phase provides a basis for it, the letter of intent will be replaced by a binding project agreement. Based on the above, the agreement is considered a research and development contract and is therefore exempt from the procurement regulation, cf. the Supply Regulations section 2-5. Any objections to the agreement should be submitted within 26.11.2024. For more information, se Tendsign: https://tendsign.no/supplier/index.aspx

Request for informationg (RFI) Framework agreement amplifiers, loudspeakers, and related accessories
    description:
Bane NOR wishes to gain a better understanding of the market for amplifiers, loudspeakers, and related accessories for installation at railway stations throughout Norway, collectively referred to as a Public Address (PA) System. We therefore invite suppliers to respond to this Request for Information (RFI). The starting point for this market dialogue is tender documentation that has already been completed. This was published in the summer of 2026; however, the contracting authority received limited market response. The purpose of the RFI is therefore to obtain feedback on the tender documentation, gain a better understanding of the market, and receive advice, recommendations, and lessons learned from suppliers. We are particularly interested in learning about innovative solutions and market developments that may help us deliver valuable services to our users. Suppliers are encouraged to challenge our existing descriptions, models, and assumptions contained in the RFI. The RFI also includes questions regarding whether the supplier's solution meets the specified minimum requirements. If suppliers require additional information about the scope of this RFI or have any questions regarding its content, we kindly ask them to contact us through TendSign (eProcurement platform).

The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ) is the contracting authority for this procurement. The procurement is carried out by DFØ’s unit, the Norwegian public sector cloud marketplace (MPS), which facilitates the procurement and use of cloud services in the public sector. Strengthening the overall cybersecurity posture of the public sector is a key objective of MPS. MPS actively collaborates with national and international partners, including European and Nordic central purchasing bodies, EU/EEA institutions, and professional environments within cybersecurity and standardisation (including ENISA, EDPB, NIST, and MITRE), as well as relevant national stakeholders such as the Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM), the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), and KiNS. The purpose is to ensure up-to-date market insight, knowledge sharing, and the development of robust solutions for the public sector. DFØ invites tenders for the provision of one senior cybersecurity consultant. The assignment includes advising on how the public sector should organise and procure cybersecurity services, including incident handling and proactive security work. The consultant shall also assist in defining security requirements for cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS), to be included in contracts with various suppliers. Furthermore, the consultant will contribute to translating complex cybersecurity needs into concrete and actionable decision-making material for senior management and decision-makers across the public sector. The assignment also includes advising on relevant products, services, and supplier strategies within cybersecurity, including managed security services. The consultant may utilise supporting resources where necessary but retains full responsibility for the quality, progress, and overall delivery of the services.

Digital Ticket Vending Machines - Qualification
    description:
Flytoget has decided that new TVMs will be acquired - including hardware and software. Flytoget has a strong need for a supplier who can quickly set new TVM and future changes into production. The supplier must be able to deliver 29 TVMs to replace the TVMs that Flytoget has deployed in the station areas and platforms today. The TVMs have to work in the existing system landscape as well as being scalable with respect to further development. The main objective is to have a fully functional system in place in due time before May 2024. This is very important - especially since the TVMs is a major part of the daily income for the company. It is crucial for Flytoget to obtain a partner who can be innovative and to create great customer journeys together with Flytoget. We prefer that the supplier's team can be present in Oslo to a large extent, being able to work closely with the customer's team. Klikk her https://permalink.mercell.com/202485014.aspx

For more information, se Tendsign: https://tendsign.no/supplier/index.aspx

    description:

How an AI agent should use this page

Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.

How to use the search_doffin lookup

  1. Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
  2. Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
  3. Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.

Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.

Source-specific next step

Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
