Statsbygg bygger det nye Livsvitenskapsbygget (LVB) for Universitetet i Oslo og Oslo universitetssykehus på oppdrag fra Kunnskapsdepartementet og Helse Sør-Øst som medoppdragsgiver. Bygget skal være arbeidsplass for om lag 1.600 ansatte og 1.600 studenter. Oppstart for grave- og grunnarbeidene var 2. kvartal 2019 og planlagt ferdigstillelse er ultimo 2026. Her skal ulike fagmiljøer jobbe tverrfaglig for å utvikle nye løsninger på store utfordringer innen helse og bærekraft med tilgang til det beste og mest moderne utstyret som kreves for å drive forskning, undervisning og innovasjon i verdensklasse.Statsbygg hereby gives notice of its intention to enter into a contract with Uhlmann Nordiska AB for the procurement of a fluid bed granulator system without prior publication of a contract notice.The equipment will be used for the preparation and production of granules for pharmaceutical tablets and other solid dosage forms from powders. The intended applications include small-scale pharmaceutical research and development, as well as supervised practical teaching for students.Thorough market research has been conducted to identify available solutions on the market. Based on this research, the contracting authority has not been able to identify any other suppliers capable of meeting the lower end of the specified batch size range of 100–400 g. Uhlmann Nordiska AB has documented that the proposed equipment has sufficient capacity to handle the specified batch size range.Statsbygg intends to enter into a contract with Uhlmann Nordiska AB for the procurement of a fluid bed granulator system without prior publication of a contract notice, in accordance with Section 13-4(b)(2) of the Norwegian Public Procurement Regulations (FOA).The standstill period expires 10 days after publication of this notice.
