  const failure = await response.json();
  throw new Error(`${failure.error.code}: ${failure.error.message} ${failure.suggestion}`);
}
const result = await response.json();
const data = result.data;

    The procurement concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for a sensor system for the collection of traffic and mobility data. The solution will form part of the commercial service offerings of Lyse Lux and Lyse Agon and may be delivered to external customers, including municipalities. The scope includes the supply of sensor hardware and associated software and services, including data access, integration, operation and maintenance. The contracting authority intends to use and operate the solution, including the possibility to provide related services to third parties. The procurement is conducted in accordance with Part III of the Norwegian Public Procurement Regulations, as the estimated contract value exceeds the EEA threshold for goods and services contracts. The procedure is a competitive procedure with negotiation in accordance with Section 13-2. Due to the nature of the procurement, which includes a combination of hardware, software, integration and operational services, the contracting authority is not able to define all technical and contractual aspects in sufficient detail in advance. Furthermore, the solution requires a degree of flexibility and adaptation. Negotiations are therefore considered necessary to ensure an optimal solution.

    NORCE Research AS is conducting a market survey to determine whether there are one or more suppliers capabale of delivering equipment to be used in a research project of measuring grennhouse gases. The purpose of this RFI is to identify: * The technical solutions available on the market * Whether there are viable alternatives to an already identified solution We require two identical systems capable of measuring greenhouse gas exchange (CO₂, CH₄) using the Eddy Covariance method, combined with five automated chambers measuring CO₂, CH₄ and N₂O during the snow‑free season. The equipment will be installed in a remote nature reserve and must support off‑grid power. The Eddy Covariance setup must include an enclosed CO₂/H₂O analyzer, an open‑path CH₄ analyzer, and sensors mounted 2.5 m above the surface. Automated chambers must have a minimum footprint of 0.2 m² and be placed more than 15 m apart. We are also interested in real‑time on‑site data processing. All equipment must be commercially available, and we seek one supplier able to deliver the complete solution. This RFI is not a competition and does not entail any obligations for the contracting authority.

    RFI – Service life extension of trams for Gråkallbanen, Trondheim
    description:
    The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to inform the market and to initiate dialogue with economic operators regarding possible approaches to life‑extension of the existing tram fleet. The contracting authority wishes to gain insight into technical feasibility, risks, and suitable procurement strategies before deciding on the next steps. The County Council of Trøndelag is interested in dialogue with companies that can either: perform an independent evaluation of the feasibility of extending the service life of the vehicles; and/or carry out refurbishment and life‑extension work to the vehicles. Key technical areas of interest include, but are not limited to, DC electrical control systems (chopper technology) and mechanical components such as gearboxes and drivetrain elements. The County Council of Trøndelag (Trøndelag fylkeskommune) has initiated a project to assess the possibility of extending the service life of the trams operating on the Gråkallbanen tramway in Trondheim. The trams were manufactured by Linke‑Hofmann‑Busch (LHB) and delivered in the period 1984–1985. Of the eleven trams originally delivered, six vehicles remain in operation and are included in the scope of this assessment. Gråkallbanen is operated by Boreal Bane AS, which is also the owner of the vehicles and responsible for maintenance. Boreal has carried out a technical condition assessment of the six operational trams and has presented a preliminary cost estimate and a risk analysis related to a potential life‑extension program. The assessment indicates significant uncertainty regarding feasibility, costs, availability of spare parts, and access to specialized expertise, particularly related to legacy direct‑current (DC) electrical control systems. The initial phase will consist of digital meetings with interested economic operators. The meetings will be used to present the background and challenges of the project and to collect feedback and recommendations regarding feasible technical and commercial solutions. Based on the input received during the market consultation, the project team will assess alternative approaches and decide how to proceed. This assessment will include a comparison between life‑extension of the existing vehicles and the potential procurement of new trams for Trondheim, with the objective of determining the most economically advantageous solution. This Prior Information Notice is for information and market consultation only and does not constitute a call for competition. An original technical data sheet for the LHB trams delivered to Trondheim in 1984–1985 is attached to the information notice. Feedback must be provided by August 7.th 2026.

    Study of the effects of dual policy instruments to reduce CO2 emissions in the Norwegian petroleum sector
    description:
    The majority of emissions from petroleum activities on the Norwegian continental shelf are subject to dual use of policy instruments (a carbon tax and the European emission trading system), resulting in high emission costs for the Norwegian petroleum sector. At the moment - the only two realistic solutions to reduce emission costs close to zero - are by replacing existing energy supply with power from shore or by shutting down the installations. Existing installations that are suitable for full or partial operation with power from shore already have implemented or are implementing such a solution. For the remaining installations, power from shore is seen as unrealistic, due to technical limitations, high cost and/or short remaining production period. Therefore, high emission costs resulting from the dual use of policy instruments (CO? tax and EU ETS) may, among other things, lead to fields and installations being shut down earlier than they otherwise would have been. The Ministry wants an independent study of the effects of a CO2-tax on top of EU ETS on future deliveries of oil and gas from the NCS, the net present value of production of oil and gas, production emissions and the net income to the state from the sector. The assignment will commence as soon as possible. The assignment should result in a written public report. The deliverables should be divided into a presentation of preliminary results, a first draft of report and a final report. The assignment is to be delivered within three months of contract signing. The consultant is to participate in meetings with the Ministry as agreed, but at a minimum, a start-up meeting, a status meeting with presentation of preliminary results, and a meeting to present the final report. The value of the procurement is estimated between 1 and 2 million NOK excl. VAT. This estimate is not binding for the Contracting authority. For further information on the scope and content of the procurement, we refer to appendix 1.

    Statsbygg bygger det nye Livsvitenskapsbygget (LVB) for Universitetet i Oslo og Oslo universitetssykehus på oppdrag fra Kunnskapsdepartementet og Helse Sør-Øst som medoppdragsgiver. Bygget skal være arbeidsplass for om lag 1.600 ansatte og 1.600 studenter. Oppstart for grave- og grunnarbeidene var 2. kvartal 2019 og planlagt ferdigstillelse er ultimo 2026. Her skal ulike fagmiljøer jobbe tverrfaglig for å utvikle nye løsninger på store utfordringer innen helse og bærekraft med tilgang til det beste og mest moderne utstyret som kreves for å drive forskning, undervisning og innovasjon i verdensklasse.Statsbygg intends to sign a contract with NanoTemper Technologies for the acquisition of a MST instrument, intrinsic tryptophan fluorescence, for the Life Sciences Building.We intend to purchase an MST instrument that is a capillary-based instrument for the analysis of molecular interactions using a combination of microscale thermophoresis (MST) and spectral shift with fluorescently labeled molecules as the principle of detection. The instrument must be an all-in-one, table-top model, and not exceed w400 x d600 x h550 mm in size due to space restrictions. The instrument must be able to measure both modalities in the same experiment on the same sample.We are researching, among other things, protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions, and the ability to analyze such interactions at equilibrium in a flow-free environment that does not require protein immobilization is a key feature that the equipment must satisfy. It is also essential that the system can measure many samples in series, in solution and with minimal use of material per sample. Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that Monolith X is the only system with the following characteristics:Can do a combination of microscale thermophoresis (MST) and spectral shift with fluorescently labeled molecules as the principle of detection in the same instrument.Is an instrument that is an all-in-one, table-top model, not exceeding the size limitation.The Instrument can measure real-time changes in fluorescence intensity upon binding of ligand to the labeled protein while simultaneously changing the temperature of the sample (modality: microscale thermophoresis, MST).The instrument can measure real-time changes in fluorescence emission spectrum upon binding of ligand to the labeled protein as a result of a change in the fluorophore's emission spectrum (modality: spectral shift).The instrument can measure both modalities in the same experiment on the same sample.Can measure samples in very small volumes, using very small amounts of samples. See Appendix 4.0 Requirements MST Instrument K930.22 specification for more information on absolute requirements.Send an e-mail to [email protected] to receive the 4.0 Requirements MST Instrument K930.22 document. Summary:Given our technical requirements and needs, including in the attached requirement specification, the information we have and the investigations that have been carried out, to the best of our knowledge only Nanotemper technologies meets the requirements and can therefore, for technical reasons, deliver the service. The conditions in FOA § 13-4 (b) are deemed to be met. Any objections must be reported via e-mail to [email protected] within 10 days of the published announcement.

    1105601 UiO Livsvitenskap brukerutstyr - K930.22 MST instrument
    description:

How an AI agent should use this page

Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.

How to use the search_doffin lookup

  1. Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
  2. Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
  3. Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.

Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.

Source-specific next step

Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
