Kundesentrene har daglig om lag 300 henvendelser hver på henholdsvis e-post og telefon. Fra mai i år tok kundesentrene i bruk en CRM løsning fra SuperOffice for å samle informasjon om statlige virksomheter, og henvendelser fra disse. Det er et mål å få til en integrasjon mellom CRM- og bedriftstelefoniløsningen.
