| Parameter | Requirement | JSON type | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
query | optional | string | Free-text search (Norwegian or English), e.g. "IT-drift", "snørydding", "rammeavtale konsulent". Start here. |
types | optional | union | Filter by notice type. Parent types: PLANNING, COMPETITION, RESULT. Specific types: ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_COMPETITION, DYNAMIC_PURCHASING_SCHEME, QUALIFICATION_SCHEME, ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_INTENT, PRE_ANNOUNCEMENT, ADVISORY_NOTICE, NOTICE_ON_BUYER_PROFILE, ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT, CHANGE_OF_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT, CANCELLED_OR_MISSING_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT. Use ["COMPETITION"] + statuses=["ACTIVE"] for open tenders. |
statuses | optional | union | ACTIVE (open for bids), EXPIRED, AWARDED, CANCELLED. |
contract_nature | optional | union | WORKS, SERVICES and/or SUPPLIES. |
cpv_codes | optional | union | 8-digit CPV codes, e.g. ["45000000"]. Matches the code and its children. Find codes with search_cpv_codes(). Best combined with a free-text query. |

buyer | optional | union | Buyer organization full name(s) exactly as written on notices, e.g. ["Trondheim kommune"]. Resolved to Doffin's internal buyer id via a free-text lookup; names that match no buyer are reported in "note" and, if none match, no results are returned (rather than an unfiltered search). Pass the 32-hex buyer id from a result's buyer field directly to skip the lookup. |
winner | optional | union | Doffin's internal supplier id (32-hex). Winner names cannot be used - they are not present in search results to resolve against. |

date_to | optional | union | Publication date upper bound, "YYYY-MM-DD". |
sort_by | optional | string | RELEVANCE (default), PUBLICATION_DATE_DESC, PUBLICATION_DATE_ASC, DEADLINE, ESTIMATED_VALUE_ASC, ESTIMATED_VALUE_DESC. |

limit | optional | integer | Gateway page size; default 25, maximum 100. |
offset | optional | integer | Number of list items to skip; default 0. |

- Flytoget has decided that new TVMs will be acquired - including hardware and software. Flytoget has a strong need for a supplier who can quickly set new TVM and future changes into production. The supplier must be able to deliver 29 TVMs to replace the TVMs that Flytoget has deployed in the station areas and platforms today. The TVMs have to work in the existing system landscape as well as being scalable with respect to further development. The main objective is to have a fully functional system in place in due time before May 2024. This is very important - especially since the TVMs is a major part of the daily income for the company. It is crucial for Flytoget to obtain a partner who can be innovative and to create great customer journeys together with Flytoget. We prefer that the supplier's team can be present in Oslo to a large extent, being able to work closely with the customer's team. Klikk her https://permalink.mercell.com/202485014.aspx

- Traceability of Chemicals in Plastics and in Plastic Products
- description:
- The Nordic program to reduce plastic pollution 2025-2027 under the Nordic Council of Ministers for the Environment and Climate is administered by the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment. The program is launching a call for tenders for a project on the traceability of chemicals in plastics and plastic products. Chemicals of concern in plastics pose significant challenges for health, the environment and the safe functioning of circular value chains. Effective traceability enables regulators and industry to identify and control chemicals of concern, improve the safety and transparency of recycled plastics, strengthen monitoring, reporting and compliance, support accurate classification and control of plastic-related trade and reduce data gaps and inconsistencies across value chains. There is a need for a consolidated global overview of the methods, approaches, and systems currently used to promote traceability of chemicals in plastics and plastic products along value chains. This project aims to identify practical, implementable and globally relevant options for improving the traceability of chemicals in plastics and in plastic products, providing targeted input to the ongoing Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) and supporting future plastic treaty implementation. It is also relevant for targets under the Global Framework on Chemicals, GFC, as well as the Stockholm Convention. The project will consolidate and assess existing regulatory, technical and sectoral approaches across major jurisdictions including the EU, USA, China, Brazil, South Africa and selected Middle Eastern countries, and as far as possible seek to translate these into prioritised recommendations for increased transparency. The outcome will be communicated as a publicly available report. Project output should be issued through NordPub according to the guidelines of the Nordic Council of Ministers. See appendix 1 for more information.

Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that STEMvision is the only system with the following characteristics:A bench-top fully automated imaging and colony counting system designed specifically for automatic hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) colony-forming unit (CFU) assays with automated digital image capture and specialized analysis software to analyze and classify complex blood stem cell colonies.STEMvision does the complete analysis automatically in 1-2 minutes per sample, with a permanent record of the analysis.Appendix 4.0 – Requirements K936.03.01 provides a complete list of all absolute requirements. To obtain the appendix, please submit a request to [email protected]: The research group works with primary cells, mainly of human origin, freshly isolated.Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that RoboSep-S is the only system with the following characteristics:A fully automated tabletop cell extractor that performs simultaneous cell isolations for up to 4 samples using the same (i.e. the same protocol applied for up to 4 different samples) or different protocols.Fully automated sequential isolation of up to 4 cell types - sequential isolation means that more than one cell type can be isolated from the same starting sample without any manual handling between the fractions.Column-free and tubing free isolation using 4 magnets that support both positive and negative selection of target cells.Appendix 4.0 – Requirements K936.03.02 provides a complete list of all absolute requirements. To obtain the appendix, please submit a request to [email protected]:Based on our technical requirements and needs, as outlined in the requirement specifications, as well as the available information and the investigations conducted, it is our assessment that only StemCell Technologies meets these requirements. For technical reasons, they are therefore the sole provider capable of delivering the service. The conditions set out in FOA § 13-4 (b) are considered to be fulfilled.Any objections must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] within 10 days of the publication of this notice

- Posten Bring AS (Posten) have in operation 7 letter sorting machines type Integrated Reading and Video Coding Machine (IRV), at Østlandsterminalen ØT Sorting Centre. Körber Supply Chain Logistics GmbH (KSCL), previously Siemens, delivered the IRV systems in 2007. Posten is currently working to integrate letter products and letter sorting systems in the digital value chain. All Posten sorting systems must therefore interface to Posten Central Logistics Engine Parcel Hub. It is not feasible to do these developments on an IRV platform with unsupported OS. Therefore, Posten intends to purchase the necessary OS upgrade and interfacing directly from KSCL.

- Upgrade of integrated reading and video coding machines (IRV)
- description:

How an AI agent should use this page
Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.
How to use the search_doffin lookup
- Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
- Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
- Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.
Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.
Source-specific next step
- Follow the notice ID to the canonical page; use CPV and location codes to narrow broad free-text searches.
Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
