Open this exact request as JSON.
| Parameter | Requirement | JSON type | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
query | optional | string | Free-text search (Norwegian or English), e.g. "IT-drift", "snørydding", "rammeavtale konsulent". Start here. |
types | optional | union | Filter by notice type. Parent types: PLANNING, COMPETITION, RESULT. Specific types: ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_COMPETITION, DYNAMIC_PURCHASING_SCHEME, QUALIFICATION_SCHEME, ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_INTENT, PRE_ANNOUNCEMENT, ADVISORY_NOTICE, NOTICE_ON_BUYER_PROFILE, ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT, CHANGE_OF_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT, CANCELLED_OR_MISSING_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT. Use ["COMPETITION"] + statuses=["ACTIVE"] for open tenders. |
statuses | optional | union | ACTIVE (open for bids), EXPIRED, AWARDED, CANCELLED. |
contract_nature | optional | union | WORKS, SERVICES and/or SUPPLIES. |
cpv_codes | optional | union | 8-digit CPV codes, e.g. ["45000000"]. Matches the code and its children. Find codes with search_cpv_codes(). Best combined with a free-text query. |
locations | optional | union | NUTS-style location ids, e.g. ["NO060"] (Trøndelag), or "anyw" for non-location-bound. See list_location_codes(). |
buyer | optional | union | Buyer organization full name(s) exactly as written on notices, e.g. ["Trondheim kommune"]. Resolved to Doffin's internal buyer id via a free-text lookup; names that match no buyer are reported in "note" and, if none match, no results are returned (rather than an unfiltered search). Pass the 32-hex buyer id from a result's buyer field directly to skip the lookup. |
winner | optional | union | Doffin's internal supplier id (32-hex). Winner names cannot be used - they are not present in search results to resolve against. |
date_from | optional | union | Publication date lower bound, "YYYY-MM-DD". |
date_to | optional | union | Publication date upper bound, "YYYY-MM-DD". |
sort_by | optional | string | RELEVANCE (default), PUBLICATION_DATE_DESC, PUBLICATION_DATE_ASC, DEADLINE, ESTIMATED_VALUE_ASC, ESTIMATED_VALUE_DESC. |
include_placeholders | optional | boolean | By default, hits whose buyer fields look like unfilled eForm template values (org id 123456789, placeholder buyer names) are dropped from the results as junk. Set True to keep them, each flagged with "possible_placeholder": true. |
limit | optional | integer | Gateway page size; default 25, maximum 100. |
offset | optional | integer | Number of list items to skip; default 0. |

- Improvement and updates of the analytical tools for Norad´s Clean Energy Portfolio
- description:
- The study will conduct a literature review and knowledge compilation of available research, evaluations, and reviews to refine the analytical knowledge base for Norad’s energy portfolio management. The Clean Energy portfolio aims to achieve increased access to affordable, clean energy and strengthened public management, to ensure economic and social development. Clean energy is supported through Norad, Norfund and the Embassies. Norad and the Embassies provide grant support. Norfund is funded over the state budget and provides risk-willing capital for business development in the form of equity, loans and guarantees. Total annual budget allocations for clean energy have fluctuated between 0.5 and 2.0 BNOK per year. Norad has recently (since 2022-23) adopted a more comprehensive portfolio management approach to clean energy interventions. The approach intends to achieve more efficient use of development cooperation funding and better coordination (synergies) of interventions supported through different channels. This is achieved through scorecard benchmarking of programmes and projects, aggregated reporting of results, as well as active coordination with the energy activities of Norfund and the Embassies. The portfolio management will be supported by long term investment planning and analytical tools such as Theory of Change (ToC), Knowledge Plans, and Result Management Plans at portfolio level. The analytical tools and knowledge base is currently under development, and will be subject to constant revision and refinement, factoring in also broader contextual changes.

- Market assessment for suburban commuter trains
- description:
- Norske tog AS (NT) is a limited liability company established in 2017, as part of the reformation of the Norwegian railway sector. The company is fully owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport. The mandate of NT is to procure, own and manage passenger train vehicles in Norway, and thereby provide access to rolling stock by leasing out vehicles to passenger train traffic operators. The companys rolling stock shall be offered on competition-neutral terms. NT has, with a few exceptions, the ownership of all passenger vehicles and locomotives in Norway. The company currently owns and manages nearly all Norwegian passenger trains operating on the Norwegian rail network, with a fleet currently amounting to over 250 trainsets. To ensure that we have up-to-date knowledge of the solutions available in the market, Norske tog is conducting a market survey through this request for information. This provides us with a solid foundation for assessing future needs and adaptations, and helps us to meet possible changes in capacity requirements and ensure flexibility in the train fleet. The Norwegian railway system faces increasing passenger volumes and evolving requirements for comfort, sustainability, and digitalization. At the same time, infrastructure investments and modernization programs create opportunities for improved performance and efficiency. Against this backdrop, Norske tog seeks to understand the markets capabilities and innovative approaches for delivering local and regional trainsets tailored to Norwegian conditions.

- Investigating sustainable sports surface systems in the Nordic countries
- description:
- The Nordic plastic program under the Nordic Council of Ministers for the Environment and Climate is administered by the Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment. The Program is launching a call for tenders for a project investigating sustainable sport surface systems. Rubber granules used as infill material on artificial turf fields is a significant source of microplastic pollution, spreading easily from synthetic sport pitches to surrounding areas leading to microplastics ending up in soil, waterways, and eventually in the ocean. The European Union has now adopted regulation that will ban the sale of sport pitch infill containing plastics from 2031. Sport clubs and synthetic sport pitch owners must now adjust to the new regulation. There is however concern that alternative infill or pitch systems are lacking in terms of performance characteristics, shows poor performance in Nordic climate and is more costly than rubber infill. A previous study funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers for the Environment and Climate found the following knowledge gaps: Pitch owners and sport clubs are uncertain about the level of performance and functionality of sustainable alternatives to synthetic sport pitches containing rubber granules in different Nordic conditions. Pitch owners and sport clubs lack knowledge on how to evaluate the environmental impact of the alternative sustainable synthetic sport pitches. Pitch owners and sport clubs lack knowledge on how they can evaluate the investment and lifetime costs of different synthetic sport pitches. The background and project activities foreseen to be executed under this project are further described in appendix 1 to the Contract.

How an AI agent should use this page
Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.
How to use the search_doffin lookup
- Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
- Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
- Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.
Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.
Source-specific next step
- Follow the notice ID to the canonical page; use CPV and location codes to narrow broad free-text searches.
Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
