    description:
The Fluid Mechanics group at NTNU wishes to extend our existing flow measurement capabilities to include the ability to simultaneously measure heat-release/temperature/species (scalar) fields in reacting flows with a new dual LIF system. We currently have a two stereoscopic PIV systems from LaVision GmbH which comprise of 2 low-speed lasers (10 Hz), 4 (25Mpx) PIV cameras and 3 (5Mpx) sCMOS cameras, frame grabbers, acquisition PCs, the timing and triggering units and the PIV acquisition and processing software. We now require integration of a high power LIF system that can measure multiple species. We wish to purchase a dual laser induced fluorescence (LIF) system for combustion diagnostics (OH and NH PLIF)) which needs to also be integrated with existing equipment in the Thermofluids research group at NTNU. The system must provide two separate dye lasers and two pump lasers, where one of the pump lasers must be able to provide at least 50-60 millijoules of energy per pulse in the ultraviolet (for OH-PLIF) whereas the second pump laser must be able to deliver 25-30 millijoules of energy per pulse. Image intensifiers and cameras, power meters, optics, acquisition and software that is compatible with our existing systems must be included. For this reason, we need to purchase it from the same manufacturer as our existing laser systems (due to the hardware we cannot integrate LaVision equipment with their competitors’ systems, and vice versa). Purchasing a similar system from another supplier would result in duplications of much of the hardware already in our laboratory but without the compatibility of combining the new hardware with our existing equipment to make a larger system with multiple lasers and cameras to perform simultaneous measurements. Integration with existing systems is essential to several ongoing projects funded by the EU. It is thus imperative that we purchase the new systems from the original supplier.

Upgrade of Traction Converters (PEC Modules) in FLIRT Trainsets
    description:
Norske tog AS owns and manages a fleet of FLIRT trainsets (types 74, 75, and 76) delivered by Stadler Rail between 2012 and 2023. Most of the fleet (types 74 and 75) uses traction converters with PEC2 microprocessor cards from ABB/Hitachi, which have been declared end-of-life as of 31 December 2023. This will gradually reduce repair and spare part availability, increasing the risk of operational disruptions and higher maintenance costs. The newer type 76 trainsets use PEC3 modules, which are not considered critical for replacement at this time. The PEC module is a key component of the traction converter, controlling power delivery to the trains traction motors and auxiliary systems. The design and software are proprietary to ABB/Hitachi, and the vehicle control system can only be modified by Stadler. Any upgrade must ensure full compatibility with existing systems and safety requirements. Norske tog is considering a fleet-wide upgrade from PEC2 to a newer platform (e.g., PEC4) to ensure long-term reliability and cost-effectiveness. While we believe this may be a task best suited for the original manufacturer or supplier, Norwegian procurement regulations require us to investigate whether alternative suppliers or solutions exist. This RFI is for information gathering only. All input will be considered in the further planning process.

RFI - Unified News Workflow in NRK
    description:
As part of an ongoing initiative to enhance the workflow for producing and publishing news content, NRK is engaging with the market to understand what existing software and hardware solutions could form part of a unified news workflow to help journalists achieve NRK’s strategic goals. Given the broad range of needs across news production, it is unlikely that a single solution can address them all. NRK is therefore interested in exploring how multiple systems can be combined to meet the overall needs of the organisation.NRK is interested in exploring how existing products may contribute to a future news workflow, whether by complementing existing systems, replacing specific capabilities or enabling new ways of working. The aim is to understand what capabilities are available in the market, which needs they address, and how they could form part of a broader portfolio of tools and services. No decisions have been made regarding the final composition of the portfolio. Any subsequent procurement processes will be announced through official channels. This is an initial market exploration intended to identify relevant existing products, with low effort required from both NRK and participating vendors. AI Tools - Pathology
    description:
Helse Vest is the first region in Norway to achieve complete digital diagnostics in pathology. The four pathology departments in the region all use the same scanners, the same laboratory information and management system (LIMS, Unilab) and image management system (IMS, Sectra). The Helse Vest region is currently in a unique (inter)national position to prove the real innovative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in pathology diagnostics.Currently many different AI tools and image analyses software packages have been CE-IVD approved for use in clinical routine practice, but until now very few pathology departments have implemented these computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) tools in daily clinical practice. The four pathology departments in Helse Vest aim to implement AI tools to enhance the efficiency, speed and objectivity of pathology diagnostics. More importantly, patients will benefit from superior tissue diagnostics that forms the basis for personalized treatment. The short-term goal is to purchase and implement AI tools for:•Automatic quantification of proliferation biomarker KI67 in breast cancer (Sub Contract 01)•Automatic detection and grading of prostate cancer. (Sub Contract 02)An important partner in this project will be Helse Vest IKT because the AI tools to be acquired have to be integrated with our IMS Sectra.Helse Sør-Øst operates 8 pathology departments and is participating in the competition with the option to enter into similar agreements as Helse Vest.

    Intensjonskunngjøring-Multi-scalar Imaging System
    description:

At this stage, vendors are only expected to review this document and complete a brief response form. The response deadline is 12 November 2026.

Statsbygg is building the new Life Sciences Building (LVB) for the University of Oslo and Oslo University Hospital on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Research and the South-Eastern Region as co-contractors. The building will be a workplace for approximately 1,600 employees and 1,600 students. The excavation and groundwork started in the second quarter of 2019 and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. Here, various academic communities will work interdisciplinary to develop new solutions to major challenges in health and sustainability with access to the best and most modern equipment required to conduct world-class research, teaching and innovation.STEMvisionStatsbygg intends to enter a contract without prior announcement with StemCell technologies for the acquisition of a STEMvision, an instrument to perform standardized scoring and automated colony counting for hematopoietic progenitor colony-forming unit (CFU) assays, and a Robosep-S, a fully automated cell extractor that uses immunomagnetic technology to isolate cells.STEMvision: the research group regularly performs hematopoietic colony-forming unit (CFU) assays to study human stem and progenitor cell functions. Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that STEMvision is the only system with the following characteristics:A bench-top fully automated imaging and colony counting system designed specifically for automatic hematopoietic progenitor cell (HPC) colony-forming unit (CFU) assays with automated digital image capture and specialized analysis software to analyze and classify complex blood stem cell colonies.STEMvision does the complete analysis automatically in 1-2 minutes per sample, with a permanent record of the analysis.Appendix 4.0 – Requirements K936.03.01 provides a complete list of all absolute requirements. To obtain the appendix, please submit a request to [email protected]: The research group works with primary cells, mainly of human origin, freshly isolated.Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that RoboSep-S is the only system with the following characteristics:A fully automated tabletop cell extractor that performs simultaneous cell isolations for up to 4 samples using the same (i.e. the same protocol applied for up to 4 different samples) or different protocols.Fully automated sequential isolation of up to 4 cell types - sequential isolation means that more than one cell type can be isolated from the same starting sample without any manual handling between the fractions.Column-free and tubing free isolation using 4 magnets that support both positive and negative selection of target cells.Appendix 4.0 – Requirements K936.03.02 provides a complete list of all absolute requirements. To obtain the appendix, please submit a request to [email protected]:Based on our technical requirements and needs, as outlined in the requirement specifications, as well as the available information and the investigations conducted, it is our assessment that only StemCell Technologies meets these requirements. For technical reasons, they are therefore the sole provider capable of delivering the service. The conditions set out in FOA § 13-4 (b) are considered to be fulfilled.Any objections must be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] within 10 days of the publication of this notice

How an AI agent should use this page

Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.

How to use the search_doffin lookup

  1. Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
  2. Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
  3. Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.

Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.

Source-specific next step

Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
