  INTENSJONSKUNNGJØRING ØKONOMIPLANMODUL Tønsberg kommune benytter ERP-systemet Visma Enterprise. Som tillegg til ERP-systemet er det behov for et verktøy med følgende funksjonalitet: - Gi system- og prosess-støtte i arbeidet med økonomiplan og årsbudsjett på ulike nivåer i organisasjonen - Håndtere budsjettinnspill og prioritering av relevante tiltak - Gi god versjons- og rammekontroll i hele prosessen - Gi et sluttresultat i form av et digitalt dokument med talldel, inklusive obligatoriske oversikter, og tekstlig del - Gjøre økonomiplanen mer tilgjengelig og brukervennlig, bl.a. gjennom enkle WEB-distribusjonsløsninger - Kunne overføre data tosidig mellom verktøyet og ERP-løsningen (Visma Enterprise) - Løpende budsjettendringer gjennom året - Håndtere måneds- tertial- og årsrapporter, både med regnskapstall, prognoser og tekstdel - Forenkle datainnsamling til ovennevnte rapporter - Rapportering på klimatiltak - Rapportering av sykefravær - Dashboardvisning av nøkkeltall for ulike ledernivåer Framsikt AS er eneste tilbyder i markedet av en slik løsning, så langt vi har kunnet avdekke. Tønsberg kommune kunngjør med dette sin intensjon om å inngå avtale på 3 år, med Framsikt AS om levering av modulene Analyse, Økonomiplan, Årsbudsjett og Rapportering med opsjon på levering av Politikermodul.
