const response = await fetch(url);
if (!response.ok) {
  const failure = await response.json();
  throw new Error(`${failure.error.code}: ${failure.error.message} ${failure.suggestion}`);
}
const result = await response.json();
const data = result.data;

    Statlig fellesavtale om kjøp av kurs- og konferansetjenester - Norge
    description:
    Statens innkjøpssenter gjennomfører konkurranser på vegne av de statlige forvaltningsorganene angitt i Bilag 11 – Oppdragsgivere omfattet av denne avtalen, heretter kalt oppdragsgiverne. Statens innkjøpssenter skal inngå fellesavtaler for kurs- og konferansetjenester i Norge som er knyttet til oppdragsgivernes behov for disse tjenestene. Leverandørene skal levere tjenestene i henhold til kravene og vilkårene som fremkommer i fellesavtalen med tilhørende bilag. Statens årlige omfang av kurs- og konferansetjenester innenlands er estimert til rundt 900-1100 MNOK. Totalt 19 virksomheter har tatt fravalg, og på bakgrunn av det estimeres det årlige volumet i denne avtalen til å være rundt 750-930 MNOK. Samlet årlig volum for anskaffelsen er basert på tall fra statsregnskapet. Estimatene er utarbeidet av Statens innkjøpssenter. Estimatene er utarbeidet etter Avtaleeiers beste skjønn. Det foreligger usikkerhet rundt det totale omfanget i løpet av avtaleperiodens varighet, og estimatet innebærer dermed ingen forpliktelser til uttak eller kjøp under Fellesavtalen. De konkrete uttak er avhengig av oppdragsgivernes skiftende behov i avtaleperioden. Statens innkjøpssenter skal inngå to landsdekkende rammeavtaler (uten overnatting, med overnatting, for 10 eller flere deltakere) hvor det er holdt av tildelinger på angitte lokasjoner, jf. Bilag 3B – Prisskjema. Begge rammeavtalene anses juridisk sett som egne fellesavtaler. Interesserte leverandører kan velge hvor mange lokasjoner og delkontrakter de vil gi tilbud på, så lenge leverandøren har kurs- og konferansesteder som oppfyller kravene innenfor den enkelte lokasjonen. Dersom en leverandør leverer tilbud for flere kurs- og konferansesteder vurderes tilbudet for hvert enkelt sted separat. Det gjøres oppmerksom på at avtaleeier planlegger å avholde et informasjonsmøte for interesserte leverandører den 29.02.2024. Se konkurransebestemmelser for mer informasjon om anskaffelsen og påmelding til informasjonsmøte.

This method allows for text on walls that is thinner than cut-out vinyl, has a lighter line weight, sits flush with the surface, and can be painted over afterward. Each year, we present between 58 exhibitions that require this type of wall text, which is viewed by a large audience. As such, we need consistently high quality and the ability to deliver quickly when needed.

Statsbygg intends to sign a contract with NanoTemper Technologies for the acquisition of a DLS instrument, protein stability, for the Life Sciences Building.We intend to purchase a DLS instrument that is a capillary-based instrument for the analysis of protein stability, and protein aggregation using a combination of differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and static light scattering (SLS) of native proteins as principles of detection. The instrument must be an all-in-one, table-top model, and not exceed w400 x d600 x h550 mm in size due to space restrictions. The instrument must be able to do the particle size analysis measurements simultaneously, immediately followed by the thermal analysis on the same sample in the same experiment.Among other things, we are researching the thermal stability of proteins and protein complexes, and the ability to analyze such samples at equilibrium in a flow-free environment that does not require immobilization, fluorescent labeling, or the use of external fluorescent reporters is a key function that the equipment must satisfy. It is also essential that the system can measure many samples in series, with high sensitivity, and with minimal use of material per sample.Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that Prometheus Panta is the only system with the following characteristics:Can do differential scanning fluorimetry (DSF), dynamic light scattering (DLS) and static light scattering (SLS) of native proteins as principles of detection in the same instrument.Is an instrument that is an all-in-one, table-top model, not exceeding the size limitation.The instrument can do the particle size analysis measurements simultaneously, immediately followed by the thermal analysis on the same sample in the same experiment.Can measure samples in very small volumes, using very small amounts of samples. Statlig fellesavtale om kjøp av kurs- og konferansetjenester - Norge
    description:

See Appendix 4.0 Requirements DLS Equipment K930.22 specification for more information on absolute requirements.Send an e-mail to [email protected] to receive the Appendix 4.0 Requirements document.Summary:Given our technical requirements and needs, including in the attached requirement specification, the information we have and the investigations that have been carried out, to the best of our knowledge only Nanotemper technologies meets the requirements and can therefore, for technical reasons, deliver the service. The conditions in FOA § 13-4 (b) are deemed to be met. Any objections must be reported via e-mail to [email protected] within 10 days of the published announcement.

Through professional expertise in the laboratory, as well as research done online, we find that Monolith X is the only system with the following characteristics:Can do a combination of microscale thermophoresis (MST) and spectral shift with fluorescently labeled molecules as the principle of detection in the same instrument.Is an instrument that is an all-in-one, table-top model, not exceeding the size limitation.The Instrument can measure real-time changes in fluorescence intensity upon binding of ligand to the labeled protein while simultaneously changing the temperature of the sample (modality: microscale thermophoresis, MST).The instrument can measure real-time changes in fluorescence emission spectrum upon binding of ligand to the labeled protein as a result of a change in the fluorophore's emission spectrum (modality: spectral shift).The instrument can measure both modalities in the same experiment on the same sample.Can measure samples in very small volumes, using very small amounts of samples. See Appendix 4.0 Requirements MST Instrument K930.22 specification for more information on absolute requirements.Send an e-mail to [email protected] to receive the 4.0 Requirements MST Instrument K930.22 document. Summary:Given our technical requirements and needs, including in the attached requirement specification, the information we have and the investigations that have been carried out, to the best of our knowledge only Nanotemper technologies meets the requirements and can therefore, for technical reasons, deliver the service. The conditions in FOA § 13-4 (b) are deemed to be met. Any objections must be reported via e-mail to [email protected] within 10 days of the published announcement.

How an AI agent should use this page

Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.

How to use the search_doffin lookup

  1. Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
  2. Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
  3. Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.

Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.

Source-specific next step

Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
