Pilotprosjektene skal resultere i en metodikk, med formål å være et verktøy i prosjekter i Etat for Utbygging, med stegvis implementering av utslippsfri byggeplass, fra offentlig anskaffelse, prosjektering til utførelse. Denne RFI gjelder for aktører i bygge-, anlegg- og eiendomsbransjen (BAE) og aktører for energiforsyning.
