| Parameter | Requirement | JSON type | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
query | optional | string | Free-text search (Norwegian or English), e.g. "IT-drift", "snørydding", "rammeavtale konsulent". Start here. |
types | optional | union | Filter by notice type. Parent types: PLANNING, COMPETITION, RESULT. Specific types: ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_COMPETITION, DYNAMIC_PURCHASING_SCHEME, QUALIFICATION_SCHEME, ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_INTENT, PRE_ANNOUNCEMENT, ADVISORY_NOTICE, NOTICE_ON_BUYER_PROFILE, ANNOUNCEMENT_OF_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT, CHANGE_OF_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT, CANCELLED_OR_MISSING_CONCLUSION_OF_CONTRACT. Use ["COMPETITION"] + statuses=["ACTIVE"] for open tenders. |
statuses | optional | union | ACTIVE (open for bids), EXPIRED, AWARDED, CANCELLED. |
contract_nature | optional | union | WORKS, SERVICES and/or SUPPLIES. |
cpv_codes | optional | union | 8-digit CPV codes, e.g. ["45000000"]. Matches the code and its children. Find codes with search_cpv_codes(). Best combined with a free-text query. |
locations | optional | union | NUTS-style location ids, e.g. ["NO060"] (Trøndelag), or "anyw" for non-location-bound. See list_location_codes(). |
buyer | optional | union | Buyer organization full name(s) exactly as written on notices, e.g. ["Trondheim kommune"]. Resolved to Doffin's internal buyer id via a free-text lookup; names that match no buyer are reported in "note" and, if none match, no results are returned (rather than an unfiltered search). Pass the 32-hex buyer id from a result's buyer field directly to skip the lookup. |
winner | optional | union | Doffin's internal supplier id (32-hex). Winner names cannot be used - they are not present in search results to resolve against. |
date_from | optional | union | Publication date lower bound, "YYYY-MM-DD". |
date_to | optional | union | Publication date upper bound, "YYYY-MM-DD". |
sort_by | optional | string | RELEVANCE (default), PUBLICATION_DATE_DESC, PUBLICATION_DATE_ASC, DEADLINE, ESTIMATED_VALUE_ASC, ESTIMATED_VALUE_DESC. |
page | optional | integer | 1-based page number. |
hits_per_page | optional | integer | 1-50 (default 10). |
include_placeholders | optional | boolean | By default, hits whose buyer fields look like unfilled eForm template values (org id 123456789, placeholder buyer names) are dropped from the results as junk. Set True to keep them, each flagged with "possible_placeholder": true. |
limit | optional | integer | Gateway page size; default 25, maximum 100. |
offset | optional | integer | Number of list items to skip; default 0. |

- The Norwegian Directorates for Health and eHealth requests information on current vendors and solutions enabling digital learning as an integrated part of health care. This project aims to raise availability, quality and efficiency of mental health care provided in primary health care. The pilot project will run through a community service named «Prompt Mental Health Care» («Rask psykisk helsehjelp»). The project will later be expanded to other municipalities. We hope that this project will deliver results and provide valuable experience for further deployment of similar services to other care providers in all levels of health care.

- Contract award notice - Cancellation of Pre-qualification
- description:
- The Norwegian Defence Materiel agency received a question on Thursday 23 April regarding Pre-Qualification requirement 4 (QR4) relating to this Pre-Qualification. The question was: The wording in QR4 implies that manufacturers of STUAS for purposes similar to those described in the system description will automatically be rejected if they do not have experience producing VTOL UAS. Is this understood correctly? There are UAS systems that are highly relevant for use with CRDCO although they are not necessarily VTOL. Following a review, the NDMA has concluded that this requirement could unintentionally create an unnecessary restriction on potential suppliers at this stage of the procurement process. In light of this we are cancelling this Pre-Qualification. We will review and amend our requirements and ensure that all potential suppliers that meet our amended requirements can take part in this procurement process. We will re-publish the competition as soon as we have amended the qualification requirements . Answers to other questions received for this pre-qualification will be uploaded in the additional information tab in the re-published the competition/Pre-qualification. It will be re-published in the coming days.

- The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (NPRA) is one of the largest public purchasers in Norway. To achieve our strategic goals, we are facing a digital transformation where we aim to enhance our procurement processes in line with the parliamentary report " Smarter purchasing – efficient and professional public procurement (2018-2019).” This involves a transition from manual processes to a seamless, efficient, and transparent digital procurement process. With better tools and solutions, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration will be able to handle planning, competitive tendering and ordering in a more structured and innovative way across its divisions. This will also include efficient contract- and category management to become a fully digital administrative body. We are currently in the concept phase of digitizing our source-to-pay procurement process. During this phase, we aim to identify the future needs for our procurement ecosystem's architecture. The goal is to create a comprehensive and efficient digital process by developing and integrating existing solutions and implementing new digital tools carefully adapted to the organization's needs and workflow. Therefore, we seek an open dialogue with the market to explore available opportunities and how we can maximize their benefits. We plan to discuss the design of our ecosystem with suppliers, focusing on how their solutions can fit into this framework, including standard functionalities and integrations. We are also committed to providing excellent user experience for all our users. We are conducting this request for information to gain an overview of the procurement solutions available in the supplier market. Based on this insight, we will create a target picture for future implementation, as well as carry out one or more sourcing/tendering processes to acquire the new procurement tools. The sourcing processes are tentatively scheduled for Q1 2025.

- Prior Information Notice - U-864 Keel access and mercury canister retrieval
- description:
- The Norwegian Coastal Administration (NCA) is planning a procurement for a new offshore campaign to investigate the wreckage parts of the submarine U-864 off the coast of Fedje. The main objective is to obtain access to a limited section of the keel of one or both wreck parts in order to retrieve mercury canisters and assess their condition, as well as evaluate the condition of the keel boxes along as much of the wrecks length as possible. There is also a need to map the depth to bedrock in the area immediate vicinity of the wreck parts. The operation will require expertise in environmental monitoring and in excavation/dredging and/or drilling in contaminated sediments at water depths corresponding to the site (140160 meters). Alternative approach for accessing the keel and assessing its condition may be considered, provided they are proven and tested. The stability of the wreck parts must be maintained throughout the operation.NCA plans to publish the tender notice on 1 September 2025. On 5 September, NCA will invite potential suppliers to a supplier conference to provide further information about the procurement, the purpose of the investigation, results from recently conducted visual mapping of the wreck parts, and physical conditions at the wreck site to better describe the complexity of the planned sub-sea operation. The conference will be held via Microsoft Teams, and suppliers will have the opportunity to ask questions following an introductory presentation.Registration should be sent via email to [email protected]by 12:00 PM (CEST) on 4 September". Please mark the email with: Registration Supplier Conference Keel access and mercury canister retrieval. Suppliers who register by within the deadline will receive a Teams invitation. Please note that the planned offshore campaign is complex and may require suppliers to engage subcontractors to cover the requested scope. Based on previous experience, early preparation of the tender is recommended.Tentative Timeline for the Procurement Process:1. September 2025: Publication of tender notice5. How an AI agent should use this page
Ground rule: Navigate with HTML GET links to keep explanations and relationships. Use the page's JSON alternative only when concrete values must be extracted, compared or computed.
How to use the search_doffin lookup
- Replace the placeholders in the HTML GET template; remove optional parameters you do not need.
- Check types, units, limits and ID formats in the parameter table.
- Follow linked results to canonical pages before combining sources.
Misreading to avoid: An empty list means "no results for this lookup". An error message or unavailable source does not mean the data does not exist.
Source-specific next step
- Follow the notice ID to the canonical page; use CPV and location codes to narrow broad free-text searches.
Go to the source page for other operations. Use the JSON template only after the HTML result shows that the parameters and source are correct.
