Etter hageavfallet er kastet kan kunden fortsette i samme retning og kjøre ut på en annen eksisterende avkjøring. Hageavfallet som kastes over utfor en kant som skal opparbeides, vil bli samlet sammen og pakket for bortkjøring i Attvin sine ordinære åpningstider. Beskrevet løsning er for husholdningskundene og det vil bli laget en annen løsning for næringskundene. Attvin har mulighet for at hageavfallsløsningen har andre åpningstider da dette ikke har behov for egen bemanning. Det diskuteres åpningstider fra kl 07 til kl 21, også på helligdager. Dette vil gi kunden en helt annen fleksibilitet enn de har i dag. Området mellom Fylkesveg og det nye hageavfallsmottaket vil ha et gjerde på 2 meter som inne på slike anlegg tilfredsstiller kravet fra Statsforvalteren. Arealet mellom fylkesvei og hageavfallsmottaket vil fremstå som grønt areal. Kundeområdet vil være asfaltert. Murene som skal etableres vil danne rekkverk, og her vil det bli benyttet betongmurer på grunn av høyde og krav til overflate, samt at det da ikke vil finnes åpninger i muren med tanke på eventuelle gnagere. Oppdraget består av opparbeidelse av terrenget med betongmurer og betongdekker, samt noe asfaltering. Videre skal det settes opp lys, bommer, gjerder, og porter styrt av elektronikk. Tiltaket skal gjennomføres som totalentreprise og vil reguleres av NS 8407 med vedlagte kontraktsbestemmelser. Det er planlagt oppstart snarest etter kontraktssignering, og fremdriftsplan skal utarbeides i henhold til NS punkt 21.2. Planlagt sluttdato for prosjektet er 15.04.2027.
