  Arbeids- og velferdsetaten v/Nav Økonomi og styringsavdelingen, Anskaffelsesseksjonen innbyr til konkurranse i forbindelse med anskaffelse av kollektiv ulykkesforsikring for deltagere på arbeidsmarkedstiltak. Det følger av forskrift om arbeidsmarkedstiltak § 1-9 at tiltaksdeltakere som ikke er omfattet av tiltaksarrangør/arbeidsgivers lovpålagte trygde- eller forsikringsordninger, skal dekkes av kollektiv ansvars- og ulykkesforsikring som Arbeids- og velferdsetaten tegner. Formålet med anskaffelsen er å etablere en avtale om kollektiv ulykkesforsikring for deltagere på arbeidsmarkedstiltak som går i regi av Arbeids- og velferdsetaten. Forsikringen skal ikke dekke deltagere i tiltak som forvaltes av den kommunale delen av Nav. Forsikringen skal heller ikke dekke skade som anses som yrkesskade for tiltaksdeltakere som er omfattet av forsikringsplikten etter Lov om yrkesskadeforsikring. Det skal anskaffes kollektiv ulykkesforsikring for deltagere på følgende arbeidsmarkedstiltak: - Jobbklubb. Estimert antall deltagere:13 818 - Arbeidsmarkedsopplæring (AMO), norskopplæring, kurs i grunnleggende ferdigheter eller forberedende opplæring for voksne (FOV). Estimert antall deltagere: 11 200 - Fag fra utdanningsprogrammet studiespesialisering. Estimert antall deltagere: 4 268 - Fag- og yrkesopplæring videregående nivå. Estimert antall deltagere: 8 347 - Høyere yrkesfaglig utdanning. Estimert antall deltagere: 1 630 - Høyere utdanning.
