  Konkurranse 26/04282 Oslo lufthavn: Leie av areal til forretningsvirksomhet innenfor servering - melding om avlysning Det vises til kunngjort konkurransegrunnlag i ovennevnte konkurranse. Vi må dessverre informere om at konkurransen avlyses. Bakgrunnen for avlysningen er at Avinor etter en nærmere vurdering ser det nødvendig å nedjustere prosentsats for Minimumsleien ("MAG") for denne ene kontrakten. En nedjustering av prosentsats for MAG innebærer en forskyvning av risiko i kontrakten til fordel for leverandørene, og vil dermed kunne påvirke interesse for å delta i konkurransen. En slik endring kan anses som vesentlig og i strid med gjeldende regelverk dersom konkurransen videreføres. Det foreligger derfor "saklig grunn" til avlysning av konkurransen, jf. konsesjonskontraktforskriften (KKF) § 12-4 første ledd. Vi beklager det inntrufne og tar sikte på å kunngjøre en ny konkurranse om de samme tjenester om kort tid.
