  Informasjon om anskaffelsen: Arbeids- og velferdsetaten v/Nav Økonomi- og styringsavdelingen, Anskaffelsesseksjonen, heretter kalt oppdragsgiver, planlegger å kunngjøre en åpen anbudskonkurranse for anskaffelse av kommunikasjonshjelpemidler. Produkter og tjenester skal kunne leveres til alle landets fylker. Anskaffelsen vil omfatte ulike typer kommunikasjonshjelpemidler for alternativ og supplerende kommunikasjon, forkortet til ASK. Kommunikasjonshjelpemidlene (ASK hjelpemidlene) som er omfattet av anskaffelsen er hjelpemidler som er erstatning for tale, støtte til å utvikle tale eller et supplement til lav og utydelig tale. Anskaffelsen er planlagt inndelt i flere delkontrakter for slik på best mulig måte å dekke ulike brukeres behov for hjelpemidler for alternativ og supplerende kommunikasjon, sikre sammenlignbare produkter og bidra til oppnåelse av ønsket bredde av sortiment. Avtalen planlegges å ha en varighet på to år med opsjon på forlengelse(r) av hele eller deler av avtalen i en periode på inntil to år. Kommunikasjon med oppdragsgiver: All kommunikasjon (høringsinnspill, spørsmål til oppdragsgiver, o.l.) skal foregå skriftlig i kommunikasjonsmodulen i Ivalua. Det skal ikke benyttes funksjonen «Send inn besvarelse» i Ivalua i tilknytning til denne veiledende kunngjøringen.
