  Tilbudspriser skal oppgis i vedlagte prisskjema. Alle felt skal være utfylt. Det er ikke anledning til å endre skjemaet med nye varelinjer eller kolonner. Det er tilbyders ansvar at prisskjema er fullstendig og korrekt utfylt. Tilbyder skal oppgi påslagsprosent på angitt utbetalt timelønn. Denne påslagsprosenten skal dekke alle tjenesteleverandørens administrative og andre eventuelle kostnader som påløper ved utførelse av tjenesten. Ved timelønn som er høyere enn tariff angitt i prisskjemaet, er det faktisk grunnlønn som gir grunnlag for prosentpåslag. Evt. tillegg i vikarens lønn vil ikke regnes inn som grunnlag for prosentmessig påslag. Dersom det foreligger motstrid mellom opplysningene i prisskjemaet og i tilbudsbrevet har opplysningene i tilbudsbrevet forrang. Prisene skal oppgis eksklusive mva., og inneholde alle relevante kostnader og avgifter for å utføre tjenesten. Alle kostnader som ikke er oppgitt eller spesifisert, anses som inkludert. Det åpnes ikke for endringer i påslagsprosenten i avtaleperioden. Økningene i vikarenes tarifflønn medfører proporsjonale økninger i inntekt for rammeavtaleleverandørene.
