Tildelingskriteriet tar derfor sikte på at leverandøren skal vise en helhetlig forståelse av prosjektet, herunder viktige elementer for fremdrift og hva som er sentrale forhold i prosjektet for å sikre et godt sluttresultat. Dokumentasjon av kriteriet Leverandøren skal dokumentere fremdriftsplan som viser arbeidsomfang til hvert enkelt lag som er tenk brukt i prosjektgjennomførelsen. Det skal inkluderes kritisk linje for hele prosjektet og med beregnet tidsmargin/buffer. en beskrivelse for trafikkavvikling som viser at tilbyder har tilstrekkelig trafikkforståelse. ivaretakelse av abonnementer og beboere. Evaluering av kriteriet Leverandør som leverer den bese besvarelsen premieres 10 poeng. Øvrige tilbud gis poeng etter en skjønnsmessig vurdering av hvordan de fremstår mot det beste tilbudet.

  Beskrivelse av tildelingskriteriet Dette tildelingskriteriet har som formål å premiere tilbudet med lavest utslipp Co2 ekvivalenter pr. tonn asfalt gjennom prosjektet. Kg. CO2-ekvivalenter beregnes for alle fasene i LCA fra A1 til C4 for de to massetypene. Summen av utslipp A1 til C4 multipliseres med det estimerte forbruket i tonn for hver massetype. Dette vil gi et utslipp av CO2-ekvivalenter for hver massetype gjennom prosjektet. Summen CO2-utslipp for begge massetypene er det totale utslippet vi evaluerer på for dette kravet. Dokumentasjonskrav Tilbyder fyller ut alle de grønne feltene i Del 1 Karbonutslipp Skittenelv. Ferdig utfylt skjema skal lastes opp i svarboksen nedenfor Evalueringsmetode Tilbudene rangeres etter laveste totale utslipp og gis en poengscore fra 0-30, hvor 30 er best. Tilbyderen med den laveste evalueringssummen får 10 poeng. Deretter fordeles poengene til de øvrige tilbyderne etter denne formelen: A= Tilbyders poengsum B= Laveste evalueringssum av alle innkomne tilbud C= Tilbyders evalueringssum Tilbyderne bes også være oppmerksom på øvrige miljøkrav som fremkommer av Vedlegg MOP_Skittenelv. Beskrivelse av kriteriet Et overordnet mål er at kontrakten skal gjennomføres med minst mulig direkte utslipp fra maskiner innenfor anleggsområdet. Anleggsområdet dekker byggeplass, riggområder og alle midlertidige arealer som benyttes for gjennomføring av kontrakten, jf. SN/TS 3770. Det forutsettes at all transport av personell, varer, utstyr, løsmasser og avfall som har begge start/mål innenfor anleggsområdet med retning inn/ut av anleggsområdet, som ikke er direkte regulert i kontrakten, skjer på en mest mulig miljøvennlig måte. Prosjektets miljøoppfølgingsplan gjelder som minimum, men leverandører som forplikter seg til bruk av biodrivstoff og elektriske maskiner premieres. Dokumentasjon av kriteriet Tilbyder skal fylle ut en forpliktende liste over alle maskintyper (over 5 tonn) som skal benyttes innenfor anleggsområdet, med angivelse av energibærer og planlagte brukstimer innenfor kontrakten. Det er total antall timer som skal dokumenteres. For eksempel en x tonn gravemaskin skal benyttes i x antall timer i løpet av prosjekttiden. Oppdragsgiver kan kreve at leverandør underveis i prosjektet dokumenterer timer fortløpende og drivstofftype. Dokumentasjon som fremlegges skal være egnet til å føre kontroll. Evaluering av kriteriet Kriteriet vil bli evaluert basert på graden av fossilfrihet i prosent. Skår beregnes derfor med utgangspunkt i helt fossilfri. Den leverandørens med høyeste poengsum vil få 10 poeng. Øvrige tilbud vil få en forholdsmessig poengsum basert på hvordan det fremstår i forhold til det beste tilbudet, basert på følgende formel: A= Tilbyders poengsum B= Laveste poengsum av alle innkomne tilbud C= Tilbyders samlede poengsum Følgende poeng vil bli gitt for de ulike drivstofftypene: • Utslippsfri=10 poeng • Biodrivstoff=5 poeng • Øvrig drivstoff=0 poeng Utregningen skjer ved ved at vektet maskintime fremkommer ved å multiplisere maskintimene med: • 1 for maskiner under 8 tonn • 2 for maskiner mellom 8 og 20 tonn • 4 for maskiner over 20 tonn For informasjon om evaluering se vedlegg D4.2 - liste over maskiner og kjøretøy i arket "Evalueringsmetode" fra linje 7
