Det er viktig for Nordre Follo kommune å skape uteareal for barn og unge som er attraktive, utfordrende, trygge og gode for alle. Uteanleggene skal være robuste og tåle å bli brukt på dagtid, kveld og i helger. Barnehagene og skolene i kommunen er viktige nærmiljøanlegg som skal være sikre og inkluderende. Arbeidet skal utføres som en totalentreprise etter NS 8407. Det er totalentreprenøren som har ansvaret for å sørge for at anlegget får fullgode løsninger slik at de funksjonene som normalt kan forventes oppnås. Funksjonsbeskrivelsen og detaljbeskrivelsene kan ikke oppfattes som en komplett detaljert beskrivelse. De opplistinger som er gjort i enkelte av postene i dokumentet skal ikke forstås som uttømmende lister. Det er påkrevet at totalentreprenøren gjør en selvstendig vurdering i forhold til omfanget av arbeidene som anses nødvendige for å tilfredsstille de funksjonene som er ønsket i anlegget og inkludere kostnader for dette. Det gjelder også i tilfeller der arbeidet ikke er spesifisert i funksjonsbeskrivelsen. Totalentreprenøren har ansvaret for komplett prosjektering og utførelse for alle nødvendige fagområder. Inkludert i dette ansvaret er også alle arbeider, inklusive prosjektering og dokumentasjon, som er nødvendig for både utførelse av arbeidet og godkjenning hos overordnede myndigheter. For å kunne gi tilbud på komplett leveranse er totalentreprenøren selv ansvarlig for å innhente alle relevante og nødvendige tilleggsopplysninger, utover det som framkommer av funksjons- og detaljbeskrivelsene. Samtidig forplikter totalentreprenøren seg til å gjøre seg kjent med de eksisterende forholdene på stedet. Videre er totalentreprenøren også ansvarlig for å ivareta alle grensesnitt. Følgende uteområder skal oppgraderes i 2026: Greverud skole Vevelstadåsen skole Vevelstadåsen barnehage Vestråt barnehage Avdeling Sofiemyråsen, Forsterket skoletilbud Uteområdene skal utføres i gitt rekkefølge i punktlisten ovenfor. Milepælene nedenfor skal følges. Ferdigstillelse av Greverud skole og Vevelstadåsen skole innen 04.09.2026. Alt av gressarbeider skal ferdigstilles innen 17.07.2026. Øvrige vegetasjonsarbeider skal ferdigstilles innen 04.09.2026. Ferdigstillelse av arbeid på Vevelstadåsen barnehage, Vestråt barnehage og avdeling Sofiemyråsen innen 01.12.2026. Alt av gressarbeider skal ferdigstilles innen 01.10.2026. Øvrig vegetasjons arbeider skal ferdigstilles innen 01.11.2026. NFK har et budsjett for anskaffelsen på 13,4 millioner kroner eks mva.Tilbud utover budsjettet av anskaffelsen, vil/kan medføre kansellering av konkurranse.
