  Rammeavtalen skal omfatte et bredt spekter av tømrertjenester, herunder, men ikke begrenset til: Vedlikeholdsarbeid og utskifting av bygningsdeler, reparasjon av konstruksjoner, justering av dører og vinduer, rehabilitering av fasader, utskifting av kledning, gulv og innvendige overflater. Ombygging og tilpasning, endringer i planløsning, tilpasning av lokaler til ny bruk, oppføring av mindre tilbygg. Nybygg i mindre skala og oppføring av mindre bygg eller konstruksjoner, for eksempel boder, garasjer, tekniske bygg til VA-anlegg. Sikringsarbeid og midlertidige sikringstiltak ved skader eller fare for skade. Arbeid på tekniske bygg og bygningsmessige arbeider ved vannbehandlingsanlegg, pumpestasjoner, høydebasseng og andre VA-anlegg. Murer og flisarbeid. Beredskapstjeneste med tydelig angitte responstider for akutte hendelse. Tilgjengelighet for utrykning utenfor normal arbeidstid ved behov.
