Vi ønsker å innhente informasjon om tilgjengelige systemer som kan benyttes til å ha personellkontroll på samtlige personer som oppholder seg i Ferdes kontorlokaler. Ferde har to separate innganger til lokalet og en ekstra nødutgang. Systemet må kunne håndtere at personer kan gå inn og ut gjennom ulike dører. I et nødstilfelle må registreringsenheten kunne medbringes ut eller dataene må kunne aksesseres via et API for å telle opp at alle er evakuert fra lokalet. Fortrinnsvis ønsker vi at alle ansatte kan registrere seg med kort, det må være mulighet for manuelt registrere gjester og andre som eksempelvis service personell som skal utføre arbeid i våre lokaler. Systemet må også kunne logge hvem som har vært i bygget tilbake i tid og helst ha automatiske sletterutiner basert på tid.Ferde AS holder til i 4.etg i Fjøsangerveien 68 i Bergen, og vi har 40 ansatte. Det praktiseres noe hjemmekontor, så det er unntaksvis at alle 40 er på kontoret samtidig. Alle ansatte har adgangskort i dag.
