Det er ikkje tillate å tilby høgare drivstoffbruk enn «Maksimalt lovleg drivstoffbruk liter per rutekilometer». Lågare «Tilbydd maksimalt drivstoffbruk liter per rutekilometer» enn «Maksimalt lovleg drivstoffbruk liter per rutekilometer», gjev redusert drivstoffbruk og utteljing i evalueringa. Lågare «Tilbydd maksimalt drivstoffbruk» vert berekna i prosent og er eit uttrykk for prosentvis reduksjon i CO2-utslepp. Den prosentvise reduksjonen bereknast som differansen mellom 1 og kvotienten til Tilbydd maksimalt drivstoffbruk liter/rutekilometer og Maksimalt lovleg drivstoffbruk liter/rutekilometer. Dette vert multiplisert med betalingsvilligheit for reduksjon i CO2. Tilbydar skal også fylle ut eingongskostnader for energiinfrastruktur, nettoppgradering og kaitilpassing. For «Infrastruktur på kaier som Oppdragsgjevar har tilrettelagt», skal tilbydar nytte Vedlegg 7A – Prisskjema Ark Nettoppgradering. Data vert overført til Prisskjema Ark Nett- og Infrastrukturmodell som so vert overført til Prisskjema Ark Total og inngår i Samla Tilbodspris for kvar båtrute. For eventuell kaitilpassing skal tilbydar fylle ut summen i Vedlegg 7A – Prisskjema Ark Total og summen inngår i «Samla Tilbodspris for kvar båtrute». Tilbydar har også høve til å etablere energiinfrastruktur på kaier Oppdragsgjevar ikkje har tilrettelagt for det.
