  Stavanger kommune deltar i EU-prosjektet SHARE - North Squard (2022- 2026) som skal bidra til å skape klimavennlige og rettferdige byer, og hvor delt transport er en av løsningene.Formålet med prosjektet er å integrere delt mobilitet og sosiale delingsplattformer i boligutvikling for å støtte opp om fleksibel / multimodal reiseatferd for å redusere etterspørselen etter parkering, bileierskap og bilavhengighet øke bærekraft, ressurs- og arealeffektivitet i eiendomsutviklingredusere byggekostnader og bidra til sosial bærekraft.I prosjektet samarbeider vi med regionens mobilitetsleverandør Kolumbus og utbyggingsselskapet Jåtun utbyggingsselskap AS og deres boligprosjekt «Jåtun».Stavanger kommune vil nå inngå avtale med «Heime» som er leverandør innen tjenesten «Living as a Service» (LaaS). Det vil si en tjeneste / plattform som gjør det enklere for fremtidige beboere i boligprosjektet «Jåtun» å ha tilgang til ulike mobilitetstjenester fremfor å eie egen bil og parkeringsplass.Leveransen til Stavanger kommune skal være konkret på innsikt / erfaringer i kommunikasjon med beboere i borettslag og sameier, både generelt og på mobilitet. «Heime» skal brukes til workshop, seminar og i prosjektmøter knyttet til «SHARE-North Squared» og pilotprosjektet «Jåtun». Det skal ellers gis rådgivning for samhandling og deling av ressurser i nabolag.«Heime» skal sette av midler til en reise til sluttkonferansen som er i Bremen (Tyskland) høsten 2026. Er det interesse å delta på andre reiser (innland og utland), må «Heime» betjene reisene selv.Leveransen til kommunen skal være innenfor en ramme på kr. 150 000,- og vil være basert på timer. Det vil si at eventuelle reisekostnader er bakt inn i timesprisen og en reisedag består av 7,5 timer. Om kommunen får tildelt mer midler kan rammen utvides.
