Fiona har den nødvendige ekspertisen for å utføre oppgavene. Hun har levert konsulenttjenester for GRID-Arendal de siste tre årene og har kunnskap om Afripac-prosjektet. Hun er derfor godt egnet til å bidra med ferdigstillingen av prosjektoppgavene.
