  Levering, montering og reparasjon av lås, beslag og dørmiljø ved eiendommer i Møre og Romsdal. Ifølge FOA § 7-9 (4) kan kriterier i hht. FOA § 7-9 etter andre og tredje ledd erstattes av krav der dette gir en klart bedre klima- og miljøeffekt. For denne anskaffelsen benyttes unntaksbestemmelsen i FOA § 7-9 (4), siden klima- og miljøkravene knyttet til arbeidene som er inkludert i avtalen er vurdert å ha en klart bedre klima- og miljøeffekt enn bruk av tildelingskriterie. Klimabelastningen identifisert for anskaffelsen er knyttet til klimagassutslipp i forbindelse med transport og miljøbelastning knyttet til anskaffelse av materialer og produkter. For å redusere klimabelastningen er det derfor tatt utgangspunkt i de mest vanlige materialer og produkter som erfaringsmessig kjøpes inn som del av rammeavtalen for låsesmedarbeider, dør- og portmiljø. For disse er det satt krav til tredjepartsverifisert miljømerking. For å redusere klimaavtrykket fra bruk av transportmiddel i forbindelse med reisevirksomhet for å utføre avtalt arbeid settes det krav til hvilke kjøretøy som kan benyttes når og hvor i forbindelse med avtalen.
