  Målbilde for ny løsning I målbildet vårt har vi et journalsystem som kan brukes over alt og som snakker med digitale fellesløsninger (som Helsenorge), samhandlingsplattform (Fiks-plattformen - KS) og nasjonale systemer og infrastruktur. Mål med markedsdialogen - Få en kort beskrivelse av funksjonalitet, med vekt på hvordan systemet støtter kommunenes hovedprosesser i smittevern og migrasjonshelse: Systemet brukes primært som ett fullverdig EPJ for smittevernkontoret for å dokumentere tuberkulosekontroller, vaksinekonsultasjoner, smittevernsaker og som journalsystem for migrasjonslege (fullverdig fastlegepraksis). - Beskrive hvordan systemet støtter arbeidsprosesser i forbindelse med smitteutbrudd og pandemihåndtering som testing, isolasjon, smittesporing og karanteneoppfølging (TISK), massevaksinasjon, innreisehåndtering og informasjon og veiledning til innbygger. -- Vi ønsker spesielt å få bedre innsikt i hvor godt systemet kan dekke hovedprosessenes målbilder som skisseres i kapittel 6 «Målbilde for fremtidig digitalisering og anbefaling» i dokumentet «Digitalisering av pandemi- og smittevernberedskap.
