  Utlendingsnemnda (UNE) har til intensjon å inngå avtale med Gartner Norge AS for levering av tjenester for leverandøruavhengig research, analyse og rådgivning. Leverandøren skal benyttes som rådgiver i strategiske valg ut fra UNEs faktiske behov. Tjenestene skal være utformet som en medlemsbasert abonnementstjeneste, og leverandøren skal i tillegg kunne yte rådgivningsbistand/konsulenttjenester ved behov. Det legges vekt på at leverandøren kan tilby uavhengig og objektive analyser av teknologi, faktabaserte analyser, global og lokal tilstedeværelse, spesifikke kundekontakter samt tilbud av utenlandske og norske fagkonferanser inkludert i abonnementet. Leverandørens analyser skal være basert på anerkjente analysemodeller og forskningsprosesser Leverandøren skal kunne tilby: - Portal med relevant innhold basert på forskning og analyser. Portalen bør kunne konfigureres etter egne behov - Fri tilgang til analytikere, analyser, metodikker, maler og verktøy - Analyser både på strategisk nivå og som konkret taktisk rådgivning om implementering - Et bredt utvalg av fagkonferanser, seminarer og symposia både i Norge og internasjonalt
