  Arbeidsrettet rehabilitering skal styrke den enkeltes arbeidsevne og bidra til mestring av helserelaterte og sosiale problemer som hindrer deltakelse i arbeidslivet. Målet med tiltaket er at deltaker skal forbli i arbeid eller kunne komme i arbeid. Det tas sikte på å inngå én rammeavtale med én leverandør som skal dekke behovet for enkeltplasser for: Region Bergen: Bergen kommune Region Nordhordland; herunder kommunene Alver, Osterøy, Solund, Austrheim, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden og Modalen Region Midthordland: herunder kommunene Bjørnafjorden, Samnanger og Austevoll Region Vest; herunder kommunene Øygarden og Askøy Region Voss/Hardanger; herunder kommunene Voss, Ullensvang, Eidfjord, Ulvik, Kvam og Vaksdal Region Sunnhordland; herunder kommunene Stord, Sveio, Bømlo, Fitjar, Tysnes og Kvinnherad Krav til leveringssteder er; Sentralt i Bergen sentrum. Med Bergen sentrum menes sentralt i bykjernen nær stopp for kollektiv transport. Leveringsstedet i Bergen sentrum skal dekke områdene region Bergen, region Nordhordland, region Midthordland og region Vest Sentralt i Stord kommune. Leveringsstedet på Stord skal dekke region Sunnhordland. Sentralt i Voss kommune. Leveringsstedet på Voss skal dekke region Voss/Hardanger Anslått behov for region Bergen er 80-100 parallelle tiltaksplasser til enhver tid. Anslått behov for region Nordhordland er 14 -16 parallelle tiltaksplasser til enhver tid. Anslått behov for region Midthordland er 6 - 8 parallelle tiltaksplasser til enhver tid. Anslått behov for region Vest er 20 - 22 parallelle tiltaksplasser til enhver tid. Anslått behov for region Voss Hardanger er 7-10 parallelle tiltaksplasser til enhver tid. Anslått behov for region Sunnhordland er 15-18 parallelle tiltaksplasser til enhver tid. Leverandør må i tilbudet bekrefte at de til enhver tid kan tilby anslått antall parallelle tiltaksplasser. Det understrekes at dette er estimater og ikke bindende for NAV. NAV kan ikke garantere full utnyttelse av plassene.
