Videre er det sendt ut informasjonsmelding om forlenget tilbudsfrist via TendSign. Vi ser imidlertid at endring av tilbudsfrist ikke er fanget opp i TendSign, og at dette trolig skyldes tekniske problemer. Tilbudsfrist er dessverre ikke mulig å forlenge på nåværende tidspunkt, da det bare er 1 dager til tilbudsfrist. Det er derfor ikke samsvar mellom informasjonsmelding sendt ut, og tilbudsdato satt i TendSign. Anskaffelsens formål og omfang Konkurransen gjelder tjenestekontrakt for levering av renovasjonstjenester til Sarpsborg kommune. Tjenesten gjelder innsamling, transport og behandling av restavfall, matavfall, papir/papp, plastemballasje, glass- og metallemballasje fra husholdningskunder og hytter i Sarpsborg kommune. Det skal i tillegg samles inn kommunalt næringsavfall. Tjenesten omfatter også avfallsbehandling av de innsamlede fraksjonene. Oppgitte volumer er estimater og er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver. Omfanget vil være avhengig av oppdragsgivers budsjettsituasjon, aktivitet og andre rammefaktorer. Oppdragsgiver er derfor ikke forpliktet med hensyn til volum i kontraktsperioden. For nærmere informasjon viser vi til anskaffelsesdokumentene. Deltilbud/grupper Det er ikke adgang til å gi tilbud på deler av oppdraget, og ei heller alternative tilbud. Kontrakt NS9430:2022 KontraktsperiodeKontrakt forventes inngått ca. 01.10.2023 med oppstart 2024-10-01. KontraktsbestemmelserKontraktsforholdet vil bli regulert av NS9430:2022 med tillegg som fremgår av konkurransegrunnlagets del 3, samt Sarpsborg kommunes seriøsitetsbestemmelser i hht. konkurransegrunnlagets del 4.
