  Med dette begrunnes at vilkår for anskaffelse uten konkurranse er oppfylt, jfr. anskaffelsesforskriftens § 13-4 (c). Det er vesentlig for pasientsikkerhet at det anskaffes sprøyte-/volumpumper og rack med samme brukergrensesnitt som eksisterende utstyrspark. Dette er medisinskteknisk utstyr som flyter på tvers av operasjonsstuer og postoperative plasser, og benyttes til voksne og barn som innlegges akutt for behandling av akutt skade og sykdom. Sprøyte-/volumpumpene dockes ut og inn av fastmonterte rack på de aktuelle behandlingsplasser. Personell i behandlingskjeden må raskt og enkelt gjenkjenne brukergrensesnittet. I sprøyte-/volumpumpene er også installert medikamentprotokoll som enkelt må kunne administreres av enhetens programvare og medisinskteknisk personell. Det anskaffes derfor etter denne Intensjonskunngjøring; 8 stk volumpumper Infusomat Space, 16 stk sprøytepumper Perfusor Space og 5 stk rack SpaceStation med cover samt tilhørende strømforsyninger og holdefester fra leverandør B. Braun Medical AS. Kontrakt vil bli inngått ved denne intensjonskunngjøringen med hjemmel i Lov om offentlige anskaffelser med forskrift § 8-18. Innsigelser må meldes innen 28. april 2023 kl 12:00.
