Omfang K9613 Undergruppe 02: Spyledekontaminator gjennomgående, antall: 43 stk (+ 2 stk. opsjon) Byggeprosjektet har undersøkt markedet og finner kun en leverandør som kan tilby den type maskin som det er behov for på NSD. Det er derfor besluttet at Sykehusbygg inngår avtale med KEN Hygiene Systems AS, for anskaffelse av gjennomgående spyledekontaminatorer, KEN BWD 738 EGA 2 dører. Valgt maskintype vil gi NSD en betydelig gevinst i forhold til bruk av areal, hensiktsmessig logistikk og generell ressursutnyttelse. Det vil grunnet progresjon og fremdrift i prosjekt NSD ikke være mulig å endre areal avsatt til maskintype eller formål, da dette vil komme i konflikt med resterende planlagt bygg på en slik måte at det ikke er mulig eller hensiktsmessig med ombygging. Tilsvarende vil en eventuell omgjøring fra gjennomgående spyledekontaminator til spyledekontaminator med enkelt dør og anskaffelse av vaskedekontaminator i tillegg for å løse denne funksjonen, heller ikke være mulig så sent i byggeprosessen. På bakgrunn av dette vurderer oppdragsgiver anskaffelsen til å kunne unntas konkurranse av vilkårene i Forskrift 12. august 2016 nr. 974 om offentlige anskaffelser (anskaffelsesforskriften- FDA) §13-4, bokstav b, punkt 2. Frist for eventuelle innsigelser settes til fredag 08.09.2023 klokken 12:00. Eventuelle innsigelser sendes til oppdragsgiver via kommunikasjonsmodulen i Mercell.
