  Formålet med anskaffelsen er å optimalisere utnyttelsen av renholdsressursene, samt fastsette, bedømme og dokumentere kvaliteten. Det er viktig at løsningen er nettbrettbasert og har en webbasert planleggingsmodul som gjør det mulig å definere egne oppgaver med egendefinerte renholdsplaner. Planleggingsverktøyet må ha mulighet til å ha flere parallelle renholdsplaner, samt kunne legge planer for helligdager og ferier. For optimal drift og effektivitet er det viktig at systemet har en løsning for helintegrerte sensorer i renholdsplanen. Systemet skal ha en intern meldingsfunksjonstjeneste. Her skal renholdere kunne kommunisere mellom hverandre, samt med leder/administrator. Leverandøren må videre har solid renholdsfaglig kompetanse, slik at denne kan bistå med tegningsinnlegging, planlegging og opplæring. Dokumentert renhold og kvalitetssikring/kvalitetskontroller skal være arkivverdig i minst 24 mnd. Videre er det viktig at systemet har mulighet for å ha flere beredskapsplaner tilgjengelig for omgående distribusjon ut i drift, eksempelvis ved pandemiutbrudd. Det er også viktig at systemet fungerer med alle funksjoner "off-line" når nettdekning bortfaller, og at sensorteknologi er integrert i renholdsplanene og hjelper renholder med riktig prioriteringer ut i fra behov av renhold. Det settes en karensperiode som utløper mandag 19.10.22. Eventuelle innsigelser til kontraktsinngåelsen bes sendt innen utløpet av karensperioden til beate.eriksen@orik.no merket saksnummer 2022-21
