  Rana kommune mener at tilbudt avtale representerer et usedvanlig fordelaktig tilbud som gjør det mulig å anskaffe traktoren, medregnet innbyttefratrekk, til en pris som ligger vesentlig under normale markedspriser jf. anskaffelsesforskriften § 5-2 (1) bokstav a og b. * Tilbudt pris på kjøp av traktor er 1.695.000 kr eks. mva. * Tilbudt innbyttepris på traktor som skal erstattes er 300.000 kr eks. mva. * Kommunens vederlag er en 2007 JOHN DEERE 6920S (reg.nr XZ6712) og 1.395.000 kr eks. mva. Dersom det skulle være andre tilbydere i markedet som er i stand til å levere i tråd med kravspesifikasjonen under, og kan konkurrere med ovenstående betingelser, oppfordres disse til å ta kontakt med oppdragsgiver senest innen innen 14. mars 2022, så vil oppdragsgiver vurdere tilrettelegging av konkurranse om anskaffelsen.
