Abonnementene skal støtte opp om IKT-strategisk rådgivning, deriblant styringsmodeller, arkitekturarbeid, risikohåndtering, valg av teknologi, IT-drift og forvaltningsmodeller, sourcing, støtte til kravspesifikasjoner i anskaffelser og gjennomføring av effektivisering og gevinstuttak. Kun gjennom avtale med Gartner Norge AS vil oppdragsgiver få tilgang til Gartners unike kunnskapsdatabase. Gartners medarbeidere i mer enn 25 land arbeider kontinuerlig med å utvikle kunnskapsgrunnlaget for hvordan en oppdragsgiver best skal kunne organisere og drifte sin virksomhet, og gjøre dette tilgjengelig for oppdragsgivers organisasjon fra strategisk til utøvende nivå. Gartner er uavhengig av leverandører av IT-tjenester og -varer, og gjør tilgjengelig unik kunnskap for oppdragsgiver.
