Internrevisjon og Internrevisjonsbistand skal dekke det løpende behovet for internrevisjonsbistand hos Oppdragsgiver. Internrevisjonsbistanden skal utføres i tilknytning til en internrevisjonsfunksjon eller et internrevisjonsoppdrag. Oppdragsgiver Norges miljø- og biovitenskapelige universitet NMBU har et særlig ansvar for å utføre forskning og utdanning som sikrer livsgrunnlaget for fremtidige generasjoner. Vi leverer kunnskap for livet, og bærekraft er forankret i alt vi gjør. NMBU har 1800 ansatte og 6000 studenter og har sju fakulteter. NMBU har i dag campus på Ås og i Oslo, og samlokaliseres på Ås fra sommeren 2021. NMBU har også et forskingssenter i Sandnes. I tråd med NMBUs etiske retningslinjer stiller universitetet krav til at FNs menneskerettigheter og ILOs kjernekonvensjoner er oppfylt i hele verdikjeden som berøres av en anskaffelse. NMBU legger vekt på å ha et bærekraftsperspektiv - også i innkjøpsprosesser, og er medlem av Etisk Handel Norge. Nærmere opplysninger om oss finner du på NMBUs hjemmesider Anskaffelsens formål og omfang Anskaffelsen er estimert til å være over EØS-terskelverdi. Estimatet er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver. Behovet er usikkert. Historisk sett har oppdragsgiver handlet for ca. NOK 900 000,- eks. mva. per år de siste 3 årene. Volumet vil i avtaleperioden være avhengig av blant annet oppdragsgivers behov, aktiviteter, budsjettsituasjon og andre rammefaktorer. For nærmere informasjon viser vi til anskaffelsesdokumentene.
