På denne minnekonserten er innholdet på scenen tenkt å være flere musikkinnslag i ulike sjangre, opplesning og programledelse inkludert samtale. Minnekonserten vil ha en ramme på ca 60 minutter. Minnekonserten skal avholdes den 22. Juli kl.19 på USF. Se beskrivelse av lokasjon her: https://usf.no/ Generelt Oppdraget gjelder høykvalitets kameraproduksjon med utstyr og personell, samt direktestrømming av minnekonsert. Det vil være publikum til stede i salen. Om oppdraget Bergen kommune søker en leverandør til høykvalitets kameraproduksjon med utstyr og personell, og direktestrømming av forestilling. Kommunen stiller med producer/innspillingsleder. Ønsket leveranse er: - 1 oversiktskamera, helst på kran med mulighet for zoom og ulike perspektiv på scenen. - 2 betjente kamera til det som skjer på scenen, fortrinnsvis på hjul. - 1 betjent «kreativt» kamera (håndholdt eller steadycam til artister på scenen eller reaksjonsbilder hos publikum - det vil være et begrenset antall publikum i salen) - Nødvendig lys og teknisk utstyr som ikke er tilgjengelig i Røkeriet, USF, se utstyrsliste her: https://usf.no/lokaler/rokeriet-usf/ - Personell til lydproduksjon for sal og sending; lyddesigner, 2 lydfolk og sendingslydtekniker - Personell og evt. ekstrautstyr som håndterer teknikk for både publikum i sal og strømming - Lysmester og lystekniker - Video - AV teknikk - Det er ønskelig at opptakene fra hvert kamera kan lagres for ettertiden. Opsjon Oppdragsgiver ønsker å ha muligheten til å innløse en opsjon på personell for avvikling av grafikk/teksting. Opsjon prises inn i produktlinjen, men vil ikke være en del av evalueringen. Smittevern - Det er viktig at de gjeldende smittevernreglene til enhver tid kan overholdes. Budsjett Oppdragsgiver ønsker at leverandør leverer en totalpris på oppdraget, der eventuell opprigg dagen før og tekniske prøver samme dag tas inn, samt eventuell montering av lys, lyd og andre tekniske installasjoner som er nødvendige, og som ikke finnes på USF, og justeringer av fastmontert og tilgjengelig lysoppsett på USF, og hvor alle krav i oppdragsbeskrivelsen kommer tydelig frem. I tillegg til totalpris bes leverandøren om å estimere et timeantall og timepris som danner grunnlaget for totalprisen. Dette for å se hvordan leverandøren tenker om omfanget av oppdraget. Kameraproduksjonen har en absolutt øvre budsjettramme på 400 000,- kroner (eks. mva.). Tidsramme Konserten er planlagt mellom kl. 19 - 20, med forbehold. Krav til erfaring og sammenlignbare oppdrag. Leverandøren bes dokumentere erfaring fra sammenlignbare oppdrag, samt beskrivelse av leverandørens inntil 3 mest relevante oppdrag i løpet av de siste 3 årene. Beskrivelsen må inkludere angivelse av oppdragets verdi, tidspunkt og mottaker (navn, telefon og e-post.) Det er leverandørens ansvar å dokumentere relevans gjennom beskrivelsen. Leverandøren bes dokumentere tilstrekkelig gjennomføringsevne (kapasitet/bredde) og levere beskrivelse av tilgjengelige ressurser. Metode Vi ønsker innledningsvis en kort men utfyllende biografi/CV om tilbyder, hvem tilbyder er og andre prosjekter tilbyder har jobbet med. Arbeidsform Tilbyder bes foreslå en fullstendig ramme for gjennomføring av direktesending av minnekonserten. Det må komme tydelig frem hvilke midler som går til avlønning, utstyrsleie og eventuelle øvrige utgifter.
