Kontraktens varighet er 1 år, med opsjon på forlengelse i 1+1+1 år, med total varighet på maksimalt 4 år og antas å ha en verdi på ca. 1,5-2 millioner årlig. Opsjon på forlengelse av kontrakten utløses automatisk for hvert år, dersom avtalen ikke sies opp med minst 3 måneders forvarsel før dato for kontraktsinngåelse. Med faste driftsoppdrag er en av hovedoppgavene og suge og blåse biomedie fra NRA sine biologiske tanker samt slamsuging og høyttrykkspyling. Akutte oppdrag kan også være knyttet til blåse/suging av biomedie, men også kjemikaliesøl i anlegget, eks. ved overfylling av kalk skal leverandøren ha utstyr til å suge opp og sørge for leveranse av brent kalk til godkjent mottak. Leverandøren må selv sørge anlegg for mottak og sluttbehandling av oppsuget materiale som ikke kan returneres til renseanlegget/septikmottaket.
