Tjenesten omfatter i første omgang bagasjetransporttjeneste for grupper og individuelt reisende, både norske og internasjonale kunder, på Bergensbanen og Vossebanen, med tilslutning til Flåmsbanen ved behov. Der det er mulig, skal bagasjen fraktes utelukkende med leverandørens transportmiddel, og ankomme samme dag som kunden ankommer sin destinasjon. Det vil ikke være mulig å benytte plass om bord på toget, utover transport av bagasje til for eksempel Finse, der tog er det naturlige valget. Tjenesten skal tilbys i endestasjoner (Oslo og Bergen), og det er i tillegg ønskelig å tilby tjeneste langs flere stasjoner, hoteller og/eller privatadresser langs linjen. Særlig aktuelle stasjoner er knutepunktene Geilo, Voss og Flåm (NB: Utenfor Bergensbanen, men viktig tilleggsstasjon). Det er forventet et årlig volum på ca. 35.000 kolli, men det er et mål å øke dette på sikt.
