  Vi vet at dagens situasjon med Covid-19 skaper store utfordringer for bransjene, bedrifter og leverandører. Vi ønsker likevel å ha en dialog med dere i markedet, slik at dere kan få forutsigbarhet og innsikt i våre planer og behov på lang sikt. Vi ønsker å få innspill fra dere på hva som er mulig på kort og lang sikt, og hvordan vi best kan legge til rette for dere for innovasjon og miljøvennlige løsninger. Vi har forståelse for at mange av dere har begrensede ressurser med situasjonen vi står oppe i. Vi håper likevel at møtet og informasjonen vil være av interesse. Ansvarlig myndighet Ansvarlig myndighet for denne RFI er Statens innkjøpssenter, Oslo kommune, Bergen kommune, Trondheim kommune og Kristiansand kommune. Innledning Statens innkjøpssenter, Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim og Kristiansand kommune ønsker å få bedre innsikt i markedet og dra nytte av bransjenes erfaring og kunnskap slik at vi kan få vellykkede fremtidige anskaffelser som også gir smarte og utslippsfrie løsninger. Vi gjennomfører derfor en RFI, der leverandørene får mulighet til å gi informasjon, synspunkter og svar på våre spørsmål og problemstillinger på en mer uformell måte. Vi ønsker også å ha mer dyptgående dialog, både ved å invitere til felles samling høsten 2020 (hvis mulig) og knyttet til konkrete anskaffelser som skal kunngjøres. Vi håper også at dere som svarer på denne RFIen kan tenke dere å følge prosjektet videre og bidra inn med deres erfaringer og kunnskap.
