  Kjøring av elever fra skoler til Akershus festning, hvor elevene stiller opp før avmarsj til barnetoget 17. mai. Første skole i barnetoget går fra hovedporten på Akershus festning presis kl. 10.00 og siste skole går ca. kl. 12.00. Skolene må ankomme plassen i god tid før avmarsj. Ca. 100 skoler stiller opp i området: Festningsplassen, Prinsessens plass og Kongens gate mellom Akershusstranda og Myntgata. Elevene skal settes av i Akershusstranda, ved festningsmuren hvor det er to innganger til festningen. Skolene som skal stille opp i Kongens gate skal slippes av i krysset Kongens gate, Akershusstranda, ved Normandieplassen. Henting av elever på Rådhusplassen etter hvert som skolene har fullført barnetoget. Bussene kjører langs Akershusstranda, opp Kongens gate, ned Rådhusgata, inn på Rådhusplassen og ut igjen i Akershusstranda. Busstraseen i Rådhusgata og på Rådhusplassen er avgrenset med gjerder. Kjøring i Kongens gate må skje etter at gaten er tømt for skoler som har stilt opp her, ca. kl. 10.45. Dette er samme tid som første skole ankommer Rådhusplassen. Det må derfor stå busser klare til å kjøre elever så snart skolene ankommer Rådhusplassen. Venting ved bussavviklingen vil forårsake stopp bakover i barnetoget og gi uønskede ringvirkninger. Siste skole ankommer Rådhusplassen mellom kl. 13.30 og 14.00. Leverandør må samarbeide med oppdragsgiver om levering og henting, delta på planleggingsmøter sammen med andre relevante aktører og delta på evalueringsmøte etter gjennomføringen. Leverandør må også delta på møte med alle skolene i forkant av nasjonaldagen, der det gis spesfikk informasjon til skolene om gjennomføringen av barnetoget, inkludert bussbestilling og bussavvikling. Den enkelte skole er ansvarlig for bestilling av tjenesten for sin skole. Kostnader forbundet med administrasjon, møter, sikkerhetstiltak og trafikkledere faktureres særskilt til oppdragsgiver. Det bes derfor om pristilbud som viser pris pr buss til Akershus festning og pr buss fra Rådhusplassen og én samlet pris fo
