Lisenser på Campus-avtalen 1) Microsoft Office 365 Education for lærere 2) Microsoft Office 365 Education for elever 3) Enterprise Mobility + Security for alle lærere og elever Lisenser på Enterprise-avtalen I dag er Bergen kommune primært lisensiert med kjøpelisenser og tilhørende Software Assurance på en avtale av typen Enterprise Agreement (EA). 1) Klienter/brukere: Inkluderer Windows, Microsoft Office, Enterprise User Client Access License og Core Device Client Access License. 2) Servere og infrastruktur: Inkluderer Exchange Server, Skype Server, SharePoint Server, Core Infrastructure Suite, Windows Remote Desktop Services (for Device og User), SQL Server Enterprise og Standard. I tillegg har Bergen kommune kjøpt en Office 365 E3 add-on-lisens for samtlige Enterprise User Client Access License. Dette innebærer at alle ansatte med egen PC har lisens på Office 365 E3, og har i dag installert Office 365 ProPlus. Bergen kommune har også en del rene leielisenser av type Microsoft 365 E3. Bergen kommune benytter også Azure-tjenester, i form av Azure AD, Azure Datalake m.m. Mål med ny lisensavtale 1) Legge til rette for fleksible tjenester og plattformagnostiske tjenester, som for eksempel Office 365. Disse tjenestene kan brukes fra både en Windows 10 PC og eksempelvis Chromebook. Det er viktig at Bergen kommune har fleksible, gode lisensavtaler hvor volumet kan skrues opp og ned ved behov og forbruk. 2) Legge til rette for at Bergen kommune kan fortsette å tilby dagens "on premise"-baserte tjenester også i neste avtaleperiode.
