  Oslo universitetssykehus HF skal anskaffe 1 stk pipetteringsrobot med opsjon på ytterligere 1 stk tilsvarende instrument. I forbindelse med analyse av dopingmidler i urin og blod skal det anskaffes en helautomatisk robot til Seksjon Norges laboratorium for dopingsanalyse som skal blande blod- og urinprøver i primærrør, pipettere blod- og urinprøver fra primærrør til sekundærrør, samt kunne opparbeide depipetterte prøver ved fastfaseekstraksjon. Det er viktig at instrumenteringen som anskaffes er robust, driftssikker og kan utføre arbeidet raskt, for å kunne analysere et stort antall prøver.

  Instrumentet må blant annet kunne oppfylle følgende minstekrav: Roboten må kunne blande serum fra blodprøver direkte i BD Vacutainer® SST II, 5 mL (13x100 mm, REF367955), uten behov for manuell håndtering. Blodprøverørene inneholder opptil 3 mL serum, og hele prøven skal kunne suges opp og pipetteres ut igjen under blandeprosessen uten at det søles. Pipettespissen må ha et volum stort nok til å håndtere hele volumet i en blandeoperasjon. Roboten må kunne pipettere blod fra primærrør (BD Vacutainer® 5 mL rør (13x100 mm, REF367955) umiddelbart etter blandeprosessen. Roboten skal ha ekstraksjonsmodul for SPE-plater med positivt trykk. På bakgrunn av ovenstående er det kun en leverandør som kan oppfylle disse kravene og man har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt med Hamilton Nordic AS.
