  Dette er en Request for Information, RFI. Rådhusets forvaltningstjeneste ønsker gjennom denne RFI å identifisere hvor modent markedet er med tanke på å redusere miljøbelastninger ved etablering av solcelleanlegg, samt hvordan dette kan dokumenteres f.eks gjennom EPD. Det gjelder også kabling og montering i tillegg til selve modulene. Det er ønskelig at leverandørene informerer om og beskriver muligheter/krav som de mener best ivaretar behovet for et miljøvennlig anlegg. Videre ønsker vi informasjon om risiko for brudd på grunnleggende menneskerettigheter i produksjon av komponenter/materialer, og hvordan dette kan følges opp av leverandøren. Oppdragsgiver vurderer å benytte krav for sosialt ansvarlig produksjon, og ønsker med dette å undersøke markedsmodenheten. Rådhusets forvaltningstjeneste ønsker også innspill på kompetansekrav som er nødvendig for å kunne gjennomføre en installasjon av denne typen. Merk at denne RFI-prosessen ikke er å anse som en del av den forestående anskaffelsesprosessen og heller ikke er direkte regulert i anskaffelsesregelverket. Endelige beslutninger og valg i forhold til anskaffelsen og anskaffelsesprosessen er ikke tatt på nåværende tidspunkt.
