  NAV har behov for å inngå en rammeavtale med en elektroinstallatør som kan påta seg vedlikeholdsarbeider, utbedringer, reparasjoner, ombygginger og installasjoner innen svak- og sterkstrøm. For denne rammeavtalen skal det tilbys ansatte med fagbrev, lærlinger og ufaglærte. Det forventes at leverandør forholder seg til, og etterlever lover, forskrifter og normer. Det forutsettes at utførelsen av arbeider er utført på en faglig, strukturert og ryddig måte, både i planleggingsfasen, gjennomføringsfasen og oppfølgingsfasen av utførte arbeider. Lovpålagt dokumentasjon skal medfølge på utførte ytelser og leveranser. Arbeidet skal gjennomføres på en slik måte at det blir minst mulig til sjenanse for de som oppholder seg i bygget, herunder rydding, feiing, støvsuging etter endt arbeidsdag. Ved arbeider i områder hvor det er publikum tilstede må det tas særlige hensyn for å ivareta sikkerheten.
