  For Askøy kommune det viktig at framtidens sak- og arkivløsning er med på å understøtte digitaliseringen av offentlig sektor samt følge med på den utviklingen som nå skjer i sektoren. Her vil elementer som gode brukeropplevelser (både innbygger og ansatt), bruk av felleskomponenter og gjeldene standarder være viktig. Moderne og intuitive brukergrensesnitt- og funksjonalitet som støtter opp under arbeidsprosesser er nødvendig. Det kreves derfor at løsningen er fleksibel og må kunne tilpasses brukerens behov. Kravene som nå gjelder for offentlig sektor i forhold til universell utforing og innebygget personvern sees på som svært viktig. Løsningen må kunne driftes enkelt og det er ønskelig at systemet kan leveres som en skyløsning. Krav til løsningen: • Systemet må følge til en hver til gjeldende NOARK standard, og ha en godkjent NOARK arkivbase (godkjent av Riksarkivaren) • Løsningen, brukerveiledninger og brukerstøtte skal være på norsk. Med bakgrunn i overnevnte ønsker vi tilbakemelding fra leverandører som ønsker å bli invitert til én til én møter. Leverandøren må ha bred erfaring når det gjelder leveranse av sak og arkivsystemer til norske kommuner. Sammen med påmelding til møtene må det sendes inn en kort og oversiktlig beskrivelse av systemet. Askøy kommune vil på dette grunnlaget foreta en utvelgelse av de leverandørene vi mener har et potensiale til å innfri våre behov og krav. I forkant av én til én møtene vil vi sende ut agenda og nærmere informasjon.
