Dersom leverandøren av gyldige grunner ikke kan fremlegge den dokumentasjon oppdragsgiver har anmodet om, kan han godtgjøre sin økonomiske og finansielle stilling med ethvert annet dokument som oppdragsgiver kan akseptere. Kvalifikasjonskrav - tekniske og faglige kvalifikasjoner Leverandøren skal ha god erfaring fra tilsvarende oppdrag. Med tilsvarende oppdrag menes oppdrag for barnevern i kommunen. Leverandøren skal ha god gjennomføringsevne og kapasitet.
