Kongsvinger kommunen har som intensjon å inngå kontrakt for anskaffelse og 3 års drift, beregnet til ca. 360 000,- NOK. Digitalt arkiv skal også legges til Kongsvinger kommune. Det er valgt å benytte VSA Visma Samhandling Arkiv i sikker sone, hos Kongsvinger. Det er viktig for Kongsvinger kommune å inngå konkrakt med et firma som har en skybasert løsning, hvor fagprogrammet er tilgjengelig via en sikker nettside og hvor tjenesten innebefatter mulighet for digital post og arkiv. Årsaken til krav om skybasert er behov om en løsning som er uavhengig av deltagerkommunenes infrastruktur. Det er at så vidt oss bekjent kun Visma som leverer en løsninger som er tilpasset barnevernvaktens funksjonsområde. Løsningen skal være fullverdig fagsystem for barnevernsvakta og være utviklet i henhold til Norm for informasjonssikkerhet utarbeidet for helse og omsorgstjenester, Kommunikasjonen med fagsystemet skal være kryptert, Løsningen skal kunne aksessere via en nettleser på plattformene: Windows, IOS, Android, samt fra standard plattform i kommunene, Løsningen skal kunne kombineres med bruk av et Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. Kongsvinger kommune ønsker å kjøpe denne tjenesten og kombinere bruk av løsningen sammen med nettbrett/smarttelefon. Begrunnelsen for den direkte anskaffelsen av Visma Flyt barnevernvakt, er at så vidt oss bekjent ikke finnes andre leverandører med tilsvarende løsninger som er tilpasset barnevernvaktens funksjonsområde. Kommunens krav er i all hovedsak: • Løsningen skal være fullverdig fagsystem for barnevernsvakten • Kommunikasjonen med fagsystemet skal være kryptert • Løsningen skal kunne aksessere via en nettleser • Løsningen skal kunne kombineres med bruk av et Mobile Device Management (MDM) system • Løsningen skal tilby sikkerhetsfunksjoner for mobile løsninger
