  NSM har anskaffet Public 360 som sitt hovedsystem for saksbehandling og arkivering. Systemet skal gi støtte til NSMs administrative- og tjenesteproduserende prosesser. NSM har et identifisert behov for å videreutvikle sitt saksbehandlingssystem slik at det skal gi bedre støtte for virksomhetens hovedprosesser. Det er også ønskelig å tilrettelegge for at saksbehandling som i dag gjøres i frittstående løsninger kan utføres ved bruk av Public 360. NSM vurderer anskaffelse av P360 som skybasert arkivtjeneste i tillegg til eksisterende installasjon. Løsning og betingelser i avtalen må således gjelde både eksisterende løsning fysisk lokalisert hos NSM og en eventuell fremtidig skytjeneste.
